This company helped me relocate from California to Oklahoma. The guy I was working with got laid off partway through, but they allowed him too finish working with me. In California everything was great except my stuff was sitting in storage for several days before they could get it in a truck. And that's probably where the problems started. They lost a lot of my stuff!!! And in order to put in a claim to their insurance, they want receipts. Here's a partial list of the missing items:Tax info/receipts/important papers from officeMavic Mini Drone (I have the blade guards and nothing else!!!!) with batteries and chargerFurniture DollyA box of clothingRakes/broom/swiffer/wet jetFight panel for my kennelsPlywood that topped my kennels/2x4sTable leaf Printer cableItems damaged:Dining tableCenter drawer of roll top deskTop of large Craftsman rolling tool boxRemember when I said they want receipts? That's in the box of papers from my office! Client info, divorce paperwork, receipts/owners manuals to different things like my printer, etc. There's nothing to turn in! DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!! They may be good on short moves, I don't know, but my move was far more stressful than it needed to be.

If you care about your things. Then definitely go somewhere else for your moving needs. This is the worst moving experience I have ever had.I have moved no less the 6 times in the last 40 yrs and never have I had this much damage

Drivers/movers lie about what they can and can’t do in order to convince you to sign the paperwork. Once everything is signed the company doesn’t care if the workers on the ground lied. You can call the main office but they won’t do anything about it. There is no accountability they just want your money. Avoid this company if possible. I understand this is vague but I don’t care to write out the whole situation in detail.

Joyce Van Lines gave superior service starting with the initial contact with Aaron Baldwin who set up my service, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured the process was on track until completion and with follow up. Our deliver crew was great with driver Alex and his teams carefully loading and unloading my property and ensuring it was set up properly. Everyone was friendly and did a great job.

Can’t say enough good things about the responsiveness of Aaron. When moving cross country, lots of questions pop-up. Aaron is happy to walk you through the process and build confidence that your belongings will be cared for. Speedy responses and proactive followup calls to answer my many queries. This company is trash. Don’t use them. They broke furniture, lost hardware for furniture, hit walls and caused damage, mixed up boxes. Terrible company.

My husband and I recently chose Joyce Van Lines for a move from Indiana to Florida. We couldn’t be happier with any aspect of their service. The loading team was wonderful and very respectful of our property. The team that unloaded was equally as caring and careful. All of the associates were friendly, courteous and respectful from the Indianapolis crew to the Florida crew. We would highly recommend them to anybody moving!

Absolutely the worst. Moved from East Coast to West Coast. The day before my delivery, they called that they have to transfer my stuff from the larger truck to a smaller sprinter because they don’t know if they could fit on my street. Of course, they charge you couple thousand more as you have no choice as your stuff is held hostage. They should have know that from before. Unfortunately, you have to sign they day of delivery that you got everything. Over 75+boxes, it’s hard to know you are missing a box until you starting unpacking. Box of my beautiful wine glasses went missing. They cracked my TV as well. Submitted a claim. Received a lovely email that I signed on the delivery date that I got everything. Also, they valued the TV less than I paid. I had submitted my receipt. They valued my TV right below the deductible, so they couldn’t do anything about it. Very fitting!! They also state that they can’t have any communication over the phone, it must be done in writing as it’s a company policy. The claim adjuster had his phone number on his e-mail signature. Pretty stupid to put your phone number then. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend them.

I had the best experience with Aaron Baldwin setting up my moving and also Jeff one of the movers were professional and helpful and I can’t say enough things about the service of Joyce moving because it was a pleasant experience I enjoyed everything that they had to deal with and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone

I had a wonderful experience with a Aaron Baldwin a representative from Joyce moving he was very very thorough and a pleasure deal with it was an easy transition and when they came to pick up my belongings the gentleman Jeff and his team were exceptionally professional courteous willing to help the whole experience was a positive one and I would recommend them to any friend family member.

Joyce Van Lines is incredible! We recently moved halfway across the country and Joyce Van Lines made it easy and stress free. Our company contact prior to the move was so helpful with answering questions and providing us all the information we needed. Our driver Chris was phenomenal and even worked with us to change both our pickup and drop off dates to avoid thunderstorms and rain. All of our items arrived in great condition and the teams were quick and professional. I would highly recommend Joyce Van Lines.
