My experience on 3/22/2024 was terrible. Beware of one of the tax preparers. She was an African-American lady who was extremely rude to me over the phone (laughed at me for not knowing the answer to one of her questions, used a demeaning tone and called me "honey" and "sweetie" in a patronizing manner, and telling me "You need to have your mommy and daddy take you to meet me." I'm 26 and estranged from my parents.) I asked for her full first and last name and she hung up on me. Then when I called back asking for the manager, she hung up again and blocked my number. I had to call corporate to notify her manager. Until this woman is taught how to treat customers with respect or is let go (justifiably), PLEASE do not come here. Please take your business elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt’s very own Norvella Green. She wasn’t very pleasant and thorough throughout the whole process. She explained everything in detail and didn’t let me leave with any unanswered questions. I appreciate the customer service I received and will definitely be back to Jackson Hewitt next year for my taxes.
