Their self checkout-only setup with 4 "cashiers" standing around doing nothing but talking amongst each other is complete garbage. Bring back the standard checkout lines.If you're going to make me scan my own stuff, at least put the staff on the floor so you can actually find help when you need it.

The guy with the beard in tool rentals is super rude, wish i caught his name but i had my kids. I guess once they have your money and you're returning they don't have to be polite anymore?Super disappointed usually get really great service at this location.

Walked in at about 8.30pm on a Saturday specifically February 11th, with my mother and I and a old lady that works there decides to very rudely tell me and my mom that next time we HAVE to walk in through the entrance. I then asked her, " We have to go all the way over there now?" And she replied yes with such attitude. Everyone there at the check out and other workers stared at us awkwardly and one guy even laughed. Never in my life have I ever been embarrassed by an employee here. The security guard was nice to us and was the only one nice to us. Everyone else seemed to have laughed at us. I don't recommend coming here if you want bad customer service!

Ordered a rental tool online, was able to pick it up easily, the person helping was friendly!! Returned hassle free. Simple. Great experience.

Purchased a garage door opener with installation. 11/15/2022 it is now 15 days later and I can not use the garage door. Do not buy Home Depot product unless you are going to install it yourself. I have spoken to store manager on numerous times with no help. Have called installer 25 times and no answer or return phone called. They have called me a lier stating they have called and left messages. I gave them wife’s number and they never called. I will never recommend installation from Home Depot. Ever company I have called to install they want $200 for installation. This is very bad service from Home Depot.

Did not seem very stocked. Forklifts and other store equipment left in every aisle. I saw many employees just standing around other were talking on their cellphones, while just one check out line was open. Cashier was nice.

The nicest Home Depot I have ever been to employee-wise. Every single employee that I had contact with was absolutely beyond helpful! It was a pleasure to shop there!

The best help I have ever received yet. If anyone has a Glacier Bay Leonardo faucet or any glacier bay and need a cartridge replacement American Standard 994053-0070A Bath & Kitchen Faucet Replacement Valve Cartridge works might have to change handles though.

I decided to review a main stream store today. I visit weekly because we r always working on something. I never expect to much because it a big place with tons of busy people, but today I went in and asked for some help and this young lady went above and beyond to help me !! Not only was she helpful, she smiled, made eye contact, and was just the most helpful person I've ever experienced in my whole life !! So much that I even got emotional! She didn't know me, but everything she did for me today was 100 percent what I needed. Connection and kindness Thank you Liz

All Home Depot's have a bad reputation but Redlands is by far the worst. Per email from Redlands Home Depot I waited an entire day for materials to be delivered. At days end I called only to find out my materials would not be delivered. First story they gave was that the truck showed up but nobody was there to receive. I have cameras on the property to deny that accusation so they gave me their second excuse. They said they could not get the materials on pallets fast enough and that the truck left without my materials. In the end I was told they could not deliver the materials for four more days. No apology, no expression of regret no compensation, zero! I will never shop their store again I would hope nobody else will either.

Andrea De Rosa at the San Bernardo store in appliances has rocked her job. We live in Beaumont 2 miles from Home Depo there, they have very little options for painting, cabinets, counter tops or appliances. It was like pulling teeth! We had time to kill in San Bernardino so went to the store there. We were blessed to run to to Andrea, she provided us with referrals for granite counter tops, painting of cabinets and the rest of the house. She even remembered me and called me to let me know a sale had started on appliances because I had mentioned I was thinking of new appliances too! Long story short we passed up at least two Home Depot's to work with Andrea at the San Bernardino store. She explained the bundles, how they worked, got us set up with a fantastic set, have delivery scheduled and all we need. She is AMAZING at customer service.

I was in the lumber section getting some wood for this project I was doing, this older man named James came up to me to ask if I needed help and was soooo nice, he helped me cut what I needed and since the lumber I got wasn't too pretty (there wasn't much to choose from what I wanted), James gave me a discount also! His clothes were covered in work stuff, so I know he's been working hard, he was so nice and helpful, please keep him longer than seasonal! I hope to see him again whenever I go to Home Depot.

Went back to purchase a Christmas tree 11/15/21 around 3:30pm. 1st mistake on my end because I had received unprofessional customer service the last time.. but it's close to my house so I decided to give it a benefit of a doubt. Anyway I saw a specific tree I wanted when I looked online, the website had said they do have it in stock. So as I'm there looking to find it at the store, I asked one of the workers(chick with tattoos) not discriminating, just identifying who was "helping" me. So as I ask her I'm looking for this tree and I showed her a picture, she tells me, "it's a online purchase" she didn't even look... just assumed.. My husband comes back and asked me if someone helped me.. I told him what the chick had told me, so he went to go look. Well... lol he comes back with the box and tells me it was right next to the workers! Like wtf... unbelievable, if you can't do your job why the f*** are you there....

I came here to get some paint for my father's house. My father is elderly and didn't buy enough paint to finish the project. Unfortunately he made a mistake and bought some paints that weren't for the exterior, also he couldn't seem to remember what exact colors he bought. Fortunately the ladies at the paint department were determined to help me look for matching color paints and the correct type of paints for the project. One paint department employee was especially helpful, very patient, and understanding (I didn't get her name but she had grayish dyed hair). Thank you ladies for helping me out. These ladies definitely are committed to their job and they all deserve a raise.

The Rating is for the idiot Clowns working Customer Service. Start with their d*** layout of entering Customer Service. You would think Customer Service represents helpful people rather than Clowns . I've leaned when you get bad Customer Service Leave and take your Money either to another Home Depot or Just go to Lowe's. Customer Training is required/ and remove their power tripping.
