wasn't greeted walking in, they pay attention more to ppl stealing than customer service couldn't find materials easily at all and no one was around to help find a part that was out of place with the barcode eventually just getting no help at checkout and prices for materials are outrageous didn't get any help finding cheaper options Jada didn't seem too inclined to help out seeing how there was 5 ppl observing the incident w/o helping find a solution to the problem

I've gone to this Home Depot on four different occasions two to make payments, and the other two for shopping and I've always had a great experience. The associates are willing to help you always have a positive attitude and are very welcoming one day. I forgot my glasses and couldn't read I came over to someone in painting department and they help me. Also, I needed help looking for the restroom and was told with the smile where it was making payments was easy, great customer service by the associates I will be returning again. Prices are fair.

Great employee customer care and support and exactly what I need and good value and even James in the aisle to help was a blessing and the sale cashier Tyler kept the store with its great name as he answered my question. 5 Stars again and again at Home Depot in Redlands. Thank you for the light bulbs.

Home Depot is usually clean and tidy so I don't mind shopping here. However it's hard to find stuff you're looking for when you can't ask someone where the item is!
