“Great selection. My personal experience was with 1 outstanding employee, Lisa from the framing department. Upon my visit to the store, I was unable to find what I was looking for to complete my self framing project. I decided to ask a professional in the framing department, who better to ask...I could see she was alone and busy in the back with a project and decided to simply just ask her anyways. Low and behold, she greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations, allowing me to finish my project even better than I could have imagined!! Thank you so much!”

“Today was my first day walking into this store. I asked if I could take my firearms test to the person at the front desk. He gave me the test, and I passed. The person asked me if I wanted to purchase a firearm, and I said yes. I asked a few basic questions, and he answered them without making me feel belittled. I already knew the firearm I wanted to purchase. He had no problem with that. I say customer service is good. I read their past one, two-star reviews from years ago. From my experience today, they have good customer service. They do not belittle customers in a rude way or manner. Looking forward to future business with them.”

“I recently went here and the store looks great and awesome for Christmas. So many amazing decorations to pick from. I went in for Christmas gift wrapping supplies and they didn't have any wrapping paper yet. So I ended up going elsewhere for what I needed since I needed it right away. They have switched to self checkout machines. I'm not sure how I feel about them. They only have 2 regular registers and they were using them mostly for returns. It was definitely a learning curve. I had a gift card and the employee had to come help me and she had to swipe it at least 8 times to get it to read it. Most of the employees were at the front helping with the new registers. Only a couple on the floor.I ended up finding a bunch of cool stuff to go on my craft cart though. Over all a great visit but they didn't have what I was going in for and the self check out isn't necessarily my favorite.”
“I went to look for materials to build a diorama for my dungeons and dragons figurines and not only were they easy to find in that huge store, but the prices were so affordable! I expected to pay at least twice that much! Definitely going here for my diorama stuff from now on!”
