Don’t buy any ELECTRONICS there! They lie & say you have 60 DAYS to RETURN the ITEM but they FAIL TO DISCLOSE that you are OUT THE MONEY— even if it doesn’t work.. WILL ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT!

Slim pickings for house hold goods. Come here for clothing. Large parking lot. I go to a lot of goodwills, this one was kinda meh for me.

Will never donate here again. Shocked at how much they appear to mark.up the prices. It's a thrift store! People need to be able to buy items they need. SMH

Where do I begin??? The evening manager is rude, has no concept of customer service or work ethics. She belittles her employees in front of customers and she's just plain awful. She charged me twice stating the transactions did not go through when I actually showed her on my mobile app they had gone through, she said no and took the stuff back, only for me to find out through my bank that indeed I was charged twice. Had to make a claim with fraud department as basically she stole from me twice. She accused me of coming in to exchange an item which I had not, had to go to the back and check cameras to make sure I was not lying. Goodwill used to be great, now they just hire anyone off the streets to play manager with a power trip. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible but mainly because of this manager. She has refused to give me her name all I know is she's a middle aged, short, black lady.

Although I have been visiting this goodwill for years, I only recently met Jashea, who is the most friendly and helpful manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with since the new team took over! We always seem to cross paths when I visit this location and we somehow manage to catch up since the last visit. I feel like I got double lucky because during checkout I got to see an old friend, Mary, who I thought I had left the company. She always gives such a warming smile that is welcoming. Glad to see this store has established a set of great individuals who run this store to perfection!

I have shopped many goodwills in southern CA and in the last few months I am really enjoying the Redlands store on Colton Ave. The store manager Jeff is someone I have seen around over the years at many different stores and now he is here. Jeff has always been very courteous and helpful and has done a amazing job making the Redlands store a wonderful place to shop most recently. He and his employees are so helpful and polite. Thank you Jeff for making this store a wonderful place to shop and donate again.

I've shopped at this store for many years, about 10+ years. It was good until about 2021 when it went way downhill. The inventory went to about half of what it used to be, and the quality of items became much worse. I hadn't been back for a few months, and just visited. It was even worse still. There was less inventory, and it looked dirty, disorganized, and sad. Too bad because it was a nice store before the past couple of years.

The location is easy to find and the staff is very friendly. For your donation, the store now takes information on a pad and emails the receipt. I made my donation and I gave my information, but I did not receive any documents. I called the store the next day. They took my information again and was promised they would send it, but again I did not receive an email. I called a third time the following day and was finally able to get a donation receipt. I would drive to the store, but I am 40 minutes away. Paper receipts were less hassle.

This location has gone to hell. Went to drop off some clothes and books and while we were unloading they put out the sign saying they weren't taking anymore donations and closed the door.. Never said a word. Rude. The inside of the store also looks unkempt and dirty. Won't be back here.

Goodwill southern California thrift shop in Redlands is alright.The staff are friendly and welcoming.They have an ok selection of clothing and goods but unfortunately everything is so overpriced.

Goodwill, southern California thrift shop is just alright. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They're very organized, but most things are so overpriced, especially their clothing. They want 20 bucks and up for used jeans. I can go to Ross, Marshall's, Burlington, and Old Navy for those prices. I'm not sure if we'll return.

My elderly mother came in to shop and needed a restroom. She was told to walk to the store down the street. I guess legally they don't need to allow people to use their restrooms, but people shop for hours sometimes. I'm sorry, but something needs to change to accommodate your customers who are shopping and donating to your store.
