Had a good time here, room was clean and neat when I checked in. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have any issues. I guess the biggest drawback was the tiny tv but it was still a nice room for the price.Did smell like cigarettes outside, like I read on most of the reviews, but the smell was only in the room for a little while as we got settled. The front desk employees were nice and professional and I appreciate the 24 hour availability.

Have stayed here many times. It's a nicer place than others are, for the same price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nice.

The front desk are the not friendliest. The female working swing shift had the worst attitude ever! She apparently does NOT know a thing or two about customer service. If you are so miserable with your job, ESPECIALLY working in customer service... try something a little more down your alley. Somewhere you are NOT dealing with the public. We've stayed here before the last time. The second time made us want to never return. But again. You get what you pay for. Lets start with this female, front desk agent if you will. She started giving my boyfriend attitude upon check in. We figured okay maybe this broad is just having a bad day, WHATEVER. We get it. We let that slide. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room. The room was right up stairs near the office. We showered and decided to take a nap. Or at least attempted to. Not long after we checked in our room, someone used a key to try to get into our room. I had the top lock on so they didn't open it all the way. I sat up and seen a female. Literally a few seconds later our room phone rings. It was the front desk chick. My boyfriend answered and said this broad said that "nobody was supposed to be in that room" (ours) she was demanding we get our stuff and get out. We walked outside to verify we were in the right room then thought "okay? Wouldn't the key not work if it wasn't the room we were assigned?" By then we were upset. Why would you assign us a room that "nobody was supposed to be in? Let alone yell at my boyfriend for us to vacate the room?! Come to find out this chick confused us with another guest who had complained about the sun hitting his room? I was infuriated. Her attitude was trash. We asked to speak to a manager and she stated that the manager would be in the following morning. No apology what do ever! Do NOT waste your money here! The bed was not comfortable but again, we were tired so we figured eh what the heck! The Wi-Fi sucked. We checked into a NONSMOKING room only to smell weed in our room from the person smoking right outside of our room where the a/c was. Save your money. There are other hotels in the area. That of which treat their guest with respect and actually know what they are doing. This place deserves no stars.

This was a basic, no frills, cheap motel. Didn't feel super safe at this location, can't speak to others in the chain. No coffee, even though the web site says they offer it.

Managers Carmelo and Pamela have made my stays here absolutely wonderful! Downfall of hotel are some of the housekeepers. Ive been made uncomfortable and treated with rude , inappropriate service from the lady’s.

The place is pretty much clean some of the staff are pretty cool but managers are both a-holes they treated me and other guests like I was stealing from them they were very argumentative the female manager during one morning was actually listening with her ear against a door and when I caught her I was gonna ask a question but she rudely walked away from me then stopped and told me to use a proper mask if I wished to speak to her she would not accommodate me with a new room when construction was underway especially since they didn't post anything about construction going on once I finally got accomodations and was packing my stuff waiting for my girlfriend to finish showering so we could move they cancelled the key they gave us so when we went to the new room they refused to let us in and simply said "you took too long " thinking we were gonna rest and relax !!! Yeah that didn't happen we were forced to return to the construction zone

The most troubling thing about staying there was it was very noisy due to a party being held in 2 rooms. There was about 12 people or so going back and forth to the room right above them and playing loud music and lots of drinking. It was surprising because majority of motels won't even let you have any guests visit you let alone have a party. And forget about wearing masks or social distancing, wasn't happening there. Previously about 4 years ago I had stayed there and it was so much nicer and cleaner. For the price $80 it was far better than most of the ghetto motels around but it definitely could use a good cleaning.4/20/21 OK, I've figured it out. If you want a nice, quiet, clean room you have to stay in the first building. And this last time we stayed we had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean! The lady at the front desk during the night went above and beyond with all the help she gave us and in meeting all our accommodation needs. For the price you can't beat it. I will be coming back.

Bernadette did an amazing job making our experience here enjoyable. My friends and I came out here for a 2 day show and booked the hotel because of the competitive price, and luckily we showed up a little early and didn't have to wait too long to check in. With the lobby closed and 1 person checking people in, it got busy real quick. After getting checked in, we couldn't get into one of the rooms that we booked, so I had to go wait in a long line to get new key cards. Bernadette was busy taking care of other things but pulled me out of line and got me new keys before having to wait to get to the from of the line. Later, we noticed she was cleaning a room between two of our rooms, while the third room we were waiting to get new keys for was in another building, so we asked if we could get that room between our other two rooms and she was quick to make sure we would get that room. You can tell Bernadette really cared and she listened very well. Bernadette deserves a raise for being so helpful and being such a hard worker!
