The best service I have received at a GNC in decades! What two great employees I met today! I believe the younger gentleman was training, but so pleasant and helpful. The woman who was a supervisor/manager was GREAT! I wish I had even a single employee as awesome as her. Explained the new GNCPro Access program. So much help! Where to begin?! Just great help with products, sale, etc. I will never shop at another GNC location!

Absolutely Horrible service! This women was so bothered that we even walked into her store to shop. The item I was looking for was on the counter and she said that was a coworkers. So I asked her if there where anymore for sale and she said we haven't got them in yet and I asked them how is that one there then. She was on her cell phone the whole time and then ignored us. When I asked her her name she said I don't have to tell you anything then yelled at us. Completely rude and disrespectful.

Drove out of our way to come here, when we parked the employee locked the door. It was 2:30pm, they’re open until 7. When I tried to enter the employee yelled “we’re closed” and slammed a sign on the door that said be back at 2:43. Came back at 2:45 to where the employee still had the same sign on the door, and she proceeded to walk out and say “I need to leave so we’re still closed” and locked the door and left… so yeah this is why Amazon is doing so much better than in person businesses. Don’t waste your money here, just order online.

Called to ask if they had a product in stock, was told, ‘not sure’. Then when asked if they could check was told, ‘not really’. Just a bad experience with customer service not sure how the actual store is cleanliness wise.

Really wanted to purchase some items, when I walked in I said hello to the two employees (male & female) but they ignored me and continued their conversation not even acknowledged me. Super disappointed. I'm glad they're social people but maybe they should try to acknowledge their ONLY customer in the store. I couldn't find the items I was looking for but it's not like they even cared that I was in there because there was no stopping their conversation. Left empty handed thanks for no help /:

I would rate a 0. They open at 10 so I came around 10:15. Still isn't open 2 other people were waiting for it to open. An hour later still not open. Never coming back here.

Came in the other day and had the best service from Holly! The sweetest lady ever. She walked me through everything I needed and explained all the pros and cons of all of my options. Got what I needed with her recommendations and I've been feeling better than ever.

Friendly staff! However no one was wearing a mask! There was 2 employees and they didn’t have a mask. There was also customers inside the store without a mask. I don’t think no one likes the face mask but we must be consider towards other pp!
