I went to this store today. Paid for everything I bought. The cashier pretended she did not notice the security pins on the shorts. Soon as I got to the door, the machine alarmed. The cashier said sorry I forgot to take off the security pins and went straight for the shorts. I felt that was intentional. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. CASHIER 3630487 and her co-worker will attack you.

Always clean and the staff is always courteous. They have pretty good deals all year long, clothes are good quality and do last. However, their jeans and some other bottoms tend to fit tighter than their sister branch Old Navy.

I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.

Getting there: Located on the Mountain Grove side of the plaza, you can find tons of parking in front of the store although sometimes it tends to get crowded. Experience: If I can't find what I am looking for at Old Navy is when I make my way over to the GAP just to see if I can by chance come up on anything. I haven't been successful yet, even though they did have some cute clothes last time I went. Same with Banana Republic, I can't seem to find a style of clothing for the occasion I am looking for at this location.
