This store is amazing. Even though it's not a large department store, it has such character and warmth to it. The owner of the store is a wonderful lady. She holds these great painting classes which I miss coming to but go and shop for unique gifts. The holidays are coming near.

Came to Redlands for business and needed an outfit to grab some lunch in, accidentally passed by this gem and immediately fell in love with an outfit on display! Wendy was extremely helpful and let me wear the outfit out of the store. Will definitely be back ! Thank you Wendy !!

I went in looking for a unique Valentines Day card, and found a perfect one. While there I outrageously bought a purse for my wife. First time for me doing that, but it looked like a great fit. My gamble paid off - my wife loved it.I go in from time to time over the years and each time, there are new things available.

I have gone in Fleur de Lis many times and decided I needed to do a review and post pictures. This store has a variety of items for gifts or for yourself. It changes regularly, they also put on painting classes. It's in a great location, downtown Redlands. You can walk to lots of restaurants and other businesses. This shop is a great addition to Redlands. We needed a store like this, I'am so happy we now have one.

I used to be a frequent customer but the owner is so rude it's not worth returning. I was wearing a mask and she was bold enough to make a comment - "you know those don't work, right?" I was appalled because I have been here before and no one has ever made a comment like that to me. I immediately put back what I was planning to buy and left. What a strange comment to make to a customer just minding their own business. I won't be returning.

I went in to buy something for my granddaughter. Have bought many things over the years here for my wife, daughter and mother in law. After giving my credit card for the purchase, I said to the owner that it would be a good idea for her to wear a mask to protect her customers and the many unvaccinated small children who come in her store with their parents and in groups for painting sessions, against the surging Delta variant of Corona virus. She laughed. Her friend said "masks don't work!" I asked if they were vaccinated. The owner said "Did you have sex with your wife last night?" "It's none of your business." I told her it was my business because I didn't want to take Covid home to my 16 month old granddaughter that I babysit for 5 days a week. I also told her there are over 56,000 children who are in hospitals now for Covid due to unvaccinated people and those not wearing masks. I took my credit card out of her machine and told her she just lost a long time customer and will lose many more. She screamed at me "Get out of here and don't come back. I have since talked to dozens of her customers and told them my experience. None of them will be shopping here anymore either.

Love this place!! Best gifts! Love Love love there opinions regarding masks. They have been added to the "Do Not Shop List, in Redlands", however I'll buy all my gifts here now!!

This space hosts painting classes, I've noticed from the street while once walking by. It looked like the teacher really knew what they were doing as the paintings were not bad at all--The owners/managers are sweet folk. Check it out!

We did a painting class and had a blast. The owner is so cute and friendly and upbeat, she added a lot. The instructor was very patient and nice. Next time I'm going to be sure to look around, it's full of so many nice clothes and accessories. Can't wait to come back!

Both me and my wife love this store , there are multiple paint nights with every thing provided they each are different prices but is a good date night and you don't need no previous experience. Also the owner is really nice and makes the paint nights fun and helps in any way possible. Solid 5/5
