I called inquiring if they did duct tape removal- I had quite a bit it duct tape on my trunk due to having had a broken windshield. Neil explained the removal process and any possible negative outcomes thoroughly. I also inquired about their interior and exterior detailing and he explained both of those and the different "levels" and the main differences between them. I settled for the more expensive exterior detail and adhesive removal for the duct tape, and let me tell you... I absolutely got what I paid for. My car has never looked cleaner! They got the duct tap off completely with zero residue, and they were even able to remove a couple of scuffs/make them less noticeable, too! The pricing was extremely reasonable for the outcome. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

9.8/10, would come back again. I got a 1 yr ceramic coating, full interior, exterior, and the headlights thing. They even got some paint on paint action removed from when I scraped the side of my car. My car looks 5 years newer ? They were fast and got me in last minute, much appreciated you guys! The timing was clutch, I needed this done for the weekend

Not worth it in my opinion. I was a returning customer.
Paid $595 plus gave the kid 10% tip on my 2021 Audi A8. This was for outside only for a one year detail coating. Then they upsell window cleaning and tire/rim cleaning when you get there.
Showed up and the front had over spray all over the grill. The kid did clean it up, but you think they would check it prior.
Get home and notice window streaks. I guess it’s because I didn’t pay for the upsell.

Neil and Andrew meticulously applied ceramic coating to my new 2024 Mustang, covering the paint, wheels, calipers, and glass. Neil's transparency about the process and outcome instilled trust, and communication remained consistent throughout, with regular updates including pictures and texts. They even arranged a Lyft ride to ensure my commute wasn't disrupted. Additionally, when my windshield cracked and needed replacement, they promptly offered to handle the new glass, demonstrating their commitment to their warranty. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I strongly recommend their services.

Professional. Customer Service is ?. I had paint over spray on my SUV from my apartment building being painted. Neil, the owner of Elite detailing, gave me peace of mind that they could remove the paint. Not only did they get the over spray off, but they left my car looking better than when I picked it at the dealer. Definitely will be referring.

Absolutely incredible service! Blew my expectations out of the water!!! Kevin and Kaylin were absolutely phenomenal they both truly went above and beyond for my car and me! They were easy to communicate with and took such great care of me and my car!!! I could tell as soon as I walked in to the shop that they cared about what they are doing. They treated my car like it was theirs! They are worth every single penny. I Will absolutely go to them again! Thank you guys so much and sorry about the glitter again!

5 stars! We took in my wife's 2005 convertible Mustang to get a complete detail. When arrived to pick it up we were floored how it looked. The car looks better than day we bought it 19 years ago. We highly recommend Elite Detail. Thank you so much Neil and your crew

Wouldn't recommend this place if you truly want the best for your car. If you just want a quick n fast job I guess it's okay. I spoke to Neil who owns the place, about fixing rock chips on my front bumper and side fenders on a widebody charger. I went in person to show him how the car is sitting, he explained everything to me and what would be done, keep in mind I'm not picky but when your paying close to 2 thousand you better make sure the work is good. Main thing is I wanted the rock chips removed when we met in person, told me we could do that but keep in mind it would be brand new, but would look better than how it sits. I said okay sure, so I got ceramic coating n ppf. Day comes when it time to get it installed n fixed, I drop off the car and pick it up at a later time, sun isn't out so I can see the details but looks good. Next day I check out the car and no work was done on the rock chips. Literally looked the same as I brought it in. The ceramic coat was great tho no problems. I send him a message about it and then proceeds to tell me yeah we couldn't fix it because it wouldn't level with the ppf and all this other stuff. So I said well what are we going to do about it? He tried to come up with more stuff about why it came out like that. There were bubbles as well. Told him about it, never came off even after one of the guys told me it takes 3-5 days. I keep telling him okay well what's next, took forever to respond to my messages, wouldn't reply until I had too. Then I call to say hey I can't have my car like this what's the plan? Finally he said we can take off the ppf n issue a refund. I said okay that's fine better. Day comes to remove ppf and paint comes off but he told me there is a 50/50 chance of that happening but I said that's fine because I'm going to get it repainted to remove the chips. So they remove it and paint comes off. He comes with a check of not even half of what I payed. Keep in mind my mirrors are still not fixed. There's gap and trash in the ppf. Whoever his ppf guy was can't work good. Especially for the price they charged. Moral of the story, spend a little extra more to have your car professionally taken care of. The owner can't do things right when it was his mistake to not tell me before laying ppf. That's like putting a screen protector on a broken cell phone screen. Doesn't make sense. Anyways owner doesn't want to pay which is fine but as a business owner that's embarrassing. Learn how to do business the right way, and maybe you can expand that business more. Money comes and goes but if your looking for quality work go somewhere else. Pay that higher price to have it done correctly. I would say Andrew, I believe that's his name, is a great employee, really nice and can answer any questions you give him. I don't know how to add photos on here but it's 1/10 work from them. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Owner responded on my review, might I say what a sad response. As he said, I've took "advantage" of his business haha. What a way to try to save a business. Regardless when someone speaks honestly, most people tend to take it bad, as you can see with Neil. No doubt, he said he did his best. If he truly did that, review would have been a different say. Like he says I guess I had high expectations, but clearly if you're paying close to 2k I hope you do haha. Ppf was cut by a machine to fit the car size yet you guys can see on my pictures. Green charger, that machine isn't good. I expected a refund more than what I received due to me going back n fourth to his location, I live about 35 min due to traffic and imagine what I had to do. Guys see the reviews. Any place can have 5 star review from friends and family. Shoot I'd give him a 5 star for cleaning my car and vacuuming too. But when it comes to professional work. It's not the best. So yeah I guess I'm a customer who took "advantage" but certainly not. I
