I highly recommend this veterinary practice, they were so kind and compassionate when I had to put my poor Sadie to sleep. I appreciate the front office girl Elivea who was so comforting to me as I dealt with this heartbreak.

My dog was a patient of Redlands East Valley Pet Hospital since 2011. She'd have her yearly check ups and care for whatever shenanigans she'd get herself into. On July 24th 2021, my dog unexpectedly passed away. I was heart broken. Learning that they offered cremation arrangements through a third party, my Husband and I brought our dog here for the last time. Upon arrival I was crying my heart out. My family member, my baby, had just passed away. I got zero compassion from the Vet. In fact, she told me, "there are other dogs out there. You can get another one." I asked her to please examine my dog because I was lost for answers. Why had this happened? I wanted some kind of understanding. The dr left, came back, said she believed it was heart failure. No where in all this is she ever showing any compassion. There was one woman at the front desk who was decent enough to ask me if my dog had a bad cough. She was at least trying to get me to feel like I was being helped. I can't stress enough how upset, heartbroken, and crying my eyes out I was. It would have been a completely different experience for me if the vet wouldn't have acted like this sorta thing happens all the time. No big deal. I'm sure as a Vet she had her share of animals passing away, but this was my first and I seriously needed to be consoled and I was not. Where was the kindness when I needed it most?

I do not recommend them. Did not have a great experience with sending my dog to doggo heaven and also don’t get them cremated through the people they use. Just take my word for it and save yourself the heartbreak. They are also way to expensive.

I love this place. I was able to get a same day appointment and they took such great care of my baby puppy. The customer service from everyone along the appointment was great. I will definitely make this my place.

This is the best vet for miles! I travel from Lake Arrowhead for Dr. Troxel! She's the best Vet around! She shows compassion and is nice and thorough. The front office staff is knowledgable, kind, and always makes us feel at ease. It's an hour drive for me but worth it for a good vet and clinic. I know my fur-babies are properly cared for!! Thank you Dr. Troxel and the entire East Valley Pet Hospital staff!!

We've been taking our dogs here for years and we absolutely love Dr. Graham. I have one dog who is terribly anxious and can be a bit nippy. Dr. Graham is the only vet we have had that my grumpy dog likes! Also, the office staff is kind and very well organized. A few years ago we had to put one of our dogs down suddenly. They stayed open after hours for us so we could wait for a family member to drive into town to say her goodbyes. I could not recommend this office more! They're fantastic.

Extremely kind staff and everyone was very thorough in addressing my concerns. My dog was having reverse sneezing episodes, so I took her in about 30 min after they opened in hopes of getting her seen without an appointment. They were clear about the cost of a walk in ($68) and that the wait time can be very long without an appointment. Due to the heat, they allowed us to wait in a room inside. We were in and out in a little over an hour! The vet addressed my concerns and recommended x-rays to rule out larger problems. Again, they communicated the entire process to me and prices of everything. My doggie left with medicine and x-rays all within this time. Very good!

On 6/17/2022, my son and I took our dog Spike in to be euthanized. I had already taken him to a few places in the last 24 hours. I was hoping to end his suffering as he was slowly and painfully dying from Parvo. I told to wait outside til the technician arrived. We waited for maybe 40 minutes or so, nobody arrived. He ended up dying outside in my car.Responding to Owner's comment;I am sorry Sir or Ma'am, but why would you assume I would be going back to your clinic to seek services once more? The people who were working that day allowed my pet to painfully and inhumanely die. It was unnecessary and needless. Especially since it doesn't take much to euthanize an animal. No. I will not ever return to your clinic or recommend your clinic either.Thank you but no thank you.

We couldn't be more pleased with the emergency walk-in service the entire staff provided. Our dog had a seizure, and I was pretty distraught. They took us back right away and were very thorough and reassuring. We will definetly go here moving forward.

Very pleased with the direct, albeit not good, prognosis. The appointment process was easy, admitted to meet the doctor within appropriate time, staff pleasant and professional. Most importantly for those of us who spend more money on their pet's healthcare than their own, I am grateful that the doc gave me the plain truth without upselling treatments that I concluded would not likely improve my dog's wellbeing. It was my first time here and will make this out family pet medical office because I fully expect to get honest, direct medical information to make decisions for my pets without fearing I'm being sold something my pet does not need.

I have been coming to East Valley pet hospital for some time now for all my pets, I personally love Dr. Graham, she is amazing. However, I really needed to get my sick pet in either via walk in or whatever they could have scheduled me for I would have taken whatever they gave me. After explaining the situation of my pupp they said, well we can get you in on Friday, mind you it was Monday! After i clearly explaind the seriousness of my dog...they really could care less if you been a patient for 1 day or 10 years.. they didn't try to assist at all and suggested I try another vet... not gona lie I was so sadden by this because I trust this vet and have been loyal to them for quiet some time and just to be re-directed somewhere else is disheartening. Thank you Dr Graham for being amazing at what you do, I will sincerely miss you. As for the staff. Not so much.

Definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and everyone there were helpful and respectable. No price gouging or trying to over-sell. Dogs are a very good judge of character and my lil buddy TIGG has "never" felt so comfortable with any Doc before, but was very relaxed. I will be bringing my other two fella's here also! And it's nice that the Doc takes the time to respond to all the feedback. As a Business owner myself, and do the same, that speaks volumes of hot much they care! :)
