I’ve been coming to EOS fitness since April of 2021. The gym itself if great if it’s not during peak hours lol! I started using the kids club in 2023. My daughter loves it so much! At first she was fighting a lot with the kiddos there but she was 2 at the time and learning to get along with kiddos her age. Patty helped so much with my daughter’s behavior! I appreciate her so much because not only does she care for the kids she is on them about following rules!! She’s the sweetest lady and everything she does is in the parents and kiddos best interests!! I know that I can trust Patty with my daughter and make sure she is on her best behavior!! Thank you to Patty and the kids club staff for all that you do for our little ones!!!

Well I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but after looking at the ones ppl have left I could help but notice the aromatic response from the so called District operations manager ,so I can only assume my email will not yield a responses either . Let’s start with the fact that you sign up for a dollar which means nothing because you are charged two weeks later for the annual fee and the first month. Was never told that. Now let go into signing up for personal training which was also misleading . I was under the impression that I would pay 88 every two weeks for two days a week and thought now that’s great of course I’ll try that out . So I was charged 79 that day great no problem . Two weeks later I’m charged the annual fee and monthly and also 148 for the personal training . A lot more than what I thought would be paying . Not saying that’s a bad price for personal training but still not what I was lead to believe but I signed away so my fault for not being thorough I guess . But also in between the day I signed up till the day I got charged for all of this I was also charged 38.78 for what I have no clue. It’s a terrible way to do business . This review is strictly based on that. Nice clean gym and but if this is how you get money by misleading ppl then all I can say is people please be 100 percent thorough on what you are being charged and for what and when cuz it does come out automatically. I took a hit I didn’t plan for and it caused strain on other things I needed to get done . Now go ahead and send your auto response to that .

Before working at this establishment I always enjoyed the environment that it has brung to my experience working out here. From the staff to the relationships of people I’ve met everyone is very nice & positive I definitely would recommend this gym & not so much just because I work here at the moment I was a member first, there’s a reason why I picked to work at this gym & I just wanted to share my experience. :)

I suspect EOS is involved in some shady business practices. Signed up as member with the Redlands gym at its grand opening. Was told that I would be charged $49.99 yearly and $9.99 a month for the membership. This past year (2024) my monthly membership went up to $14.99 without any notification from the company. Was charged for two months before I realized my membership went up. Was told that I was notified of a rate increase via email and that I should check my spam folder. Was not able to find an email and the company then acknowledged that they had my email address wrong by one letter. Asked Operation Manager (OM) to cancel my membership and all charges that I had incurred for the 2024 year. I was told by the OM that they couldn't give me a full refund for the two months in 2024.In the interest of being transparent and having good business practices, I then asked that the company to reconsider their decision or I may be forced to contest the charges through my credit card company (which I did not want to do). OM then stated that she had to get permission from her district manager and that they can only get of hold of them via email. After several back and forth exchanges, the OM stated that her district manager will not authorize a full refund for my 2024 membership and all I could do is cancel it. I ended up contesting the charges through my credit card company. Be forewarned of any company that haphazardly changes the terms of a payment contract via email. I suspect there are several members whom have had their membership rates go up without them knowing. Furthermore, OM never once called to give me an update on my membership and my appeals to refund my money. I had to be the one calling over and over again. I suspect it allows the company to keep on charging your account until you are aggressive in your termination.

this place is amazing!! i’ve been taking the spin class for almost two years with Ines Stewart as my instructor, she’s gone above and beyond to help me be a better cyclist. i love the energy in her class as well as the overall gym atmosphere. this is my first time committing to a gym and i couldn’t be more happier ❤️

EOS has been instrumental in my journey to becoming a healthier individual. My kids love the kids club and I love the equipment the atmosphere the staff, the movie theater, the pool and the massage chairs! The staff is beyond friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for anything that you need. The other members are also friendly and polite in using the equipment.

Amazing gym been coming for a couple months now i gotta say that ambiance uplifting the staff always smiling & encouraging you most definitely recommend
