Just getting back into mountain biking after 25 years and was referred to Don’s cycling to help with that. I had purchased a used mountain bike online to make sure I was all in before purchasing a high end bike. The store has lots of bike options as well as accessories and quick turnaround on repairs. Matt and Thomas assisted me and gave me all kinds of insight and Even some suggestions for trails in the area to start out on. Pricing is reasonable and it was nice to not feel pressured Or judged for buying a lower end used starter. I will definitely be returning and referring Dons moving forward

I've been coming to Dons for over 10 years and they have the best customer service and their service department is the best. Thank you to Sergio and Paul for always looking out for the best needs on my bike and servicing my bike in a timely manner. I recommend everyone to buy your next bike at Dons. P.S. you can't beat free lifetime tune ups for your bicycle.

bought a canondale quick 5 from here and it was the only store i could find it in my size. the employees were super helpful and let me test ride it before purchasing and explained how the bike functions.

This place is really knowledgeable. Got my bike for a big bike packing trip from them. But I'm getting so much more than a bike. They took the time to explain all the little details about my specific bike, and are going to help me build a bike kit for the trip. They even gave me a good discount too. The bike comes with lifetime tuneups with purchase. The guys (Roman, Paul) that work here are really knowledgeable and really stoked on bikes and ready to get you out there.

This is a great local business to support. They really tuned up my bike (which had been sitting in a garage for a year) and made it look brand new. It took about a week, but they only did what was necessary to fix it up and the price was good. The bike works great and I'm excited to ride it. The location is convenient, located next to Rite Aid, and there's a slope to bring your bike up or down. Lots of parking available too.

Don's is a family business that takes great care of customers and offers quality services to the Redlands community. I have bought multiple bikes from this shop and gotten multiple repairs done from the hard usage of my toys. Staff is always attentive and repairs are done efficiently. I'm grateful to have such a great bike shop right around the corner and am happy to support this local business that takes good care of customers.

Never had a problem with this place until these last few months of 2023.. treated rudely. Laura just very unprofessional as for a customer service standpoint.. I used to really like Dons but this time around some of the staff are just disrespectful

I purchased an INTENSE electric bicycle through Don’s, specifically Roman and Paul. I was on a tight timeline, leaving town shortly. They were wonderful and helped me immensely. When part of the order was inadvertently omitted, they rose to the occasion and had the part delivered overnight.When I picked the bike up, Roman performed a thorough setup, meticulously measuring shock and fork settings to dial the bike in for me. I was very impressed!After the setup was complete, he urged me to take a test ride. The bike performed perfectly. When I returned, he asked if the seat was at the appropriate height. It was.Then at checkout, he took particular care to ensure that I was getting the price quoted. This was not easy because I purchased the bike during the BLACK FRIDAY SALE when Intense was offering a significant discount.I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the care I received and the attention to detail that Roman exhibited. As far as I’m concerned, you’d find yourself in excellent hands if you chose Don’s Bike Shop in Redlands for your bicycle purchase. I’d return for sure.
