I had a fantastic experience at Discount Auto and Tire Service. The team was incredibly quick, ensuring that my car was back on the road in no time. They were also very friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
On top of the excellent service, the prices at Discount Auto and Tire Service were very reasonable. It's rare to find such a great combination of quality work and affordability. I took my car there for an oil change. I thought it was gonna take a long time because they were busy, But they got it to me quickly.
The price was fair, the customer service was great and i didn't feel like I was being ripped off cause I'm a woman..

Battery died on a road trip and this was the only place open on Sunday. My man Jason was so helpful and had me set up right away even though they where slammed. He took the time to stop what he was doing and ask me what I needed and even though it was simple they got me out of there right away. Couldn't have been better.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
After a few days with a car here, it’s became obvious that they take advantage of their “labor fees”. A ridiculous amount PER HOUR and they still try to add on expensive “problems” to rack up more money. They have a “discount” without hesitation once I demanded. Again, making up numbers to get the most out of you. Hopefully karma bites them one day.
THEY ARE COWARDLY THIEVES.

It's been a couple years now, but I don't recommend this place, I took my car here. Paid them after their diagnostic test said it was the car key starter, and when it didn't start after they finished installing, I asked if they test drove the car and they had said no. So I gave them a second chance to find the problem, but in the end, they finally actually looked under the hood and found it to be the transmission. Never reimbursed me for the first time they charged me after not checking, only trusting their diagnostic system.

WORES EXPERIENCE EVER, THIS PLACE WONT BE RECOMMENDED BY ME OR MY FAMILY THEY CHARGE ME OVER 1,000 DLS FOR NOTHING. THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX MY AC, AND IT WAS AFLUD, FRIST THEY SAID THEY WASNT CHARGE ME NOTHING TO CHECK IT UP. FROM THERE THE CONDENSOR WAS THE ISSUE I SAID OK DO IT. THEN GOT ANOTHER CALL THEY SAID WAS THE AC COMPRESOR, I SAID OK DO IT AND THEY KEEP GOING THEY JUST WANT MONEY. THIS WORKERS DONT NOE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Got a flat while driving down Redlands Blvd and stopped in here to get it fixed. Tire was unrepairable, so they suggested they order me a new one. I thought, hmm, here?, or Costco? Costco would be cheaper, but, I decided to toss my business to a locally owned shop. Huge mistake.
The counter lady wrote my number down on her hand, when I asked if it was legible, she said, yes. Two days later, I called to check on my tire (I was driving on a donut), she answered and that she had the tire, and had tried to call, but had the wrong number! Funny, but dumb.
When I drove off, after paying about $100 more than I would have a Costco, my tire pressure monitor was not working. So, I called and was told to bring it back in. When I did, the manager Angel told me I would need to leave the car all day, while taking no responsibility for the malfunctioning tire pressure monitor. Hmm, gaslight much? Well, I ended up dropping off the car later in the week, where it sat for hours before Angel texted me (all in caps for some reason) that he could not find my service record, and maybe this was some other car or had some other owner. Again, funny. Well, they found the record, but did not work on the car that day.
Ok, day two drop off, they had the car for 6 hours, but then required that I leave it over night. Day three he then had the audacity to ask me for $380 to properly diagnose the problem, which he again suggested might have had nothing to do with my wheels being taken off and on twice by his shop. Uhhh the sensor is on the wheel, no? Perhaps just a crazy coincidence. So, the monitor is still malfunctioning 2.5 weeks after the tire change, and I am going to have to take it to the dealer and no doubt pay to fix the problem his shop caused. I asked for a refund for the labor on the tire change, and was told the owner was on vacation. The business strategy here seems to be: create a problem; take three days to pretend to fix the problem; realize the problem will cost money to fix; ask the customer for money to fix a problem we caused. Bravo! Thinking Costco might be my choice next time!
