“I have never been to a TJ Maxx and HomeGoods store combined into one. But I have to say that I’m glad I found it because I was able to get the items I was looking for from both stores. When you walk in, half of the store is TJ Maxx and the other half is HomeGoods. The staff is very friendly and accommodating towards your needs. In general, I have found that the service and friendliness of the community is much nicer having come from Los Angeles.”
“Employees were wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We bought some xmas things and went back to buy a couch. Drawback was the store was robbed while there. The nerve of some people pisses me off.”

“2nd time visiting a Marshall's. The Redlands store is very stocked and clean. I had interactions with 2 staff members, one in the shoe department and the other at register. Both went beyond the basics. Sketchers & Clark's sandals at a reduced price! Also, very fashionable summer clothing sizes up to adult XL.”
“Good experience at Target getting some heavy items loaded into our car. Tried the same thing at WalMart last night - disaster! We will only use Target, even though farther away!”
“I don’t really like shopping as I look at it as a chore. I can say I appreciate that music is being played and helps make the chore tolerable. Either way, I have purchased one of many cute outfits from Nordstrom rack online and in store, which I mostly like to do online. On several occasions that I decide to go in store Im always at the clearance aisle. I have purchased some great finds. I was on the lookout for a bday outfit for my daughter’s bday. Happy bday month baby! I ended up getting two dresses and I really wanted the third one but it was way too short and I don’t really want to babysit my outfit but it was so cute , ?. Overall I enjoy when I do come in because some items aren’t on the app and I dance to the music lol. See you soon when I have my next babies bday coming up.”

customer service is hard to come by- Usually there is someone in the fitting room.
Would be nice to see someone near the entrance to ask for direction in such a big store, and to see employees near the clothing Dept’s.”
