Daehan Tire is such a great business. I have been purchasing my tires here for many years. They are always courteous and the service is quick. Also they have the best prices in town. I highly recommend the business!

I have used them twice and was very happy both times. One time ordered car tires through the shop and had them install. This was a very easy process. Second time ordered trailer tires through Tire Rack, ship direct to the shop and they installed. Again a very easy process.

I'm writing this review in hopes that another customer doesn't have to deal with the impropriety that I had to go thru. I brought in a pair of nice, expensive, aftermarket wheels to have tires mounted. I asked the "technician" if he would be able to mount the tires I brought with me without damaging the wheels. He contemplated a minute before taking on the work. He told me it would be $15 per wheel and I agreed.

I recently took a pair of wheels in to have tires mounted. They are nice, expensive wheels. I asked the "technician" if he could mount the tires without causing damage to the rims; the rims are new and had absolutely zero flaws. He agreed and took the on the job. Once completed, I asked the technician if there was any damage. He pointed to the center cap, which showed signs of damage. I figured I'd let it go; it's just a [expensive] center cap. My guess is that he popped the cap off and it flew onto the ground and rolled around. I didn't initially see the other damage done to the wheels because I brought them in covered in brake dust. I took the wheels home and cleaned them. It was then that I realized the machine used to clamp the tire down had chipped the spoke of the rim. I also noticed that one of the center caps was installed ajar. I popped the cap off to find that due to improper installation the paint in that area had rubbed off. I was going to let the center cap damage slide, but after discovering the other damaged areas, I didn't think it fair that I paid for a service which led to damaging my wheels. To add icing on the cake, the wheels weren't even balanced correctly! The yellow balancing dot on the tire was not even close to being aligned with the valve stem. Because of this there are a significant amount of weights attached to the wheel; completely unnecessary. I went back to the shop to notify the proprietor of the damages. He had the gall to assert that the balancing dot is not used for that purpose. I showed him the damage done to the rims. He made it seem like it's no big deal. He did not want to cover the damages done to the paint of the rims. He did, however, say he would cover the refurbishing of the center cap. I even offered to split the total bill with him, which would have likely amounted to ~$200. He did not want to listen to what I had to say. He was just concerned with getting his point across. At this point, I could care less about having him pay for my $55 center cap, nor the damage to the rims. It was a matter of principle. I'm writing this to warn future, potential clients to be aware of his business practice. If they couldn't mount the tires without damaging the rims, then they could have easily said no. I have been told no by multiple other tire shops, and that's fine. TLDR: tire shop damaged rims and would not admit guilt or cover damages

I got my first set of brand new tires here 3 years ago. They were amazing! I drive over 12000 miles a year and tires were great! Tread was low and I had a bump on one from hitting a curve so I came back for a new set! I am totally happy! Tire prices including installation, rotation and flat tire repair is EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE!

Was recommended Mr. Moon's shop from a friend. Used to go to Costco for my tires but prices of tires seem to have risen piquing my interest in other tire shops. Mr. Moon's shop utilized mostly Korean tires as Hankook and Kumho but don't let that deter you. I was given a quote for each brand and even the one I had on my Rav4, Bridgestone. After reviewing and contemplating went ahead and got a set of Hankook Tires on my Rav4. Mr. Moon offers coverage for 12 months and free rotations for the life of the tires! (12 month coverage varies on tire purchases but he lets you know). The tires also have a 65k warranty on them as well if I run into any issues. All staff were friendly and quick with their work. The shop is clean for a tire shop and they also do Smog checks as well. I will be returning for my next smog check and tires in the future. Thank you to Daehan Tire Shop. Oh yes, great pricing as well.
