This is the second time I’ve used this place to repair a phone (different phones). Very quick, professional and honest service. I like how he asked if the tempered glass protector was from his store. If it had been, he’d have discounted the new one. But the one that broke wasn’t from his store. Kids are hard on phones. I’m glad this small, local business exists

This phone repair didn't go well for me, went in for a new battery and screen saver, phone wasn't ready when they said it would be, I got the impression they had forgotten to order the screen saver.
Eventually picked up phone and battery life was much better, however screen saver impared the use of the phone, functions on side of phone were difficult to use and eventually I had to remove it.
Sometime later I removed my phone cover/protector and discovered that the phone back was loose and hadn't been installed properly.
This is allowing dust and moisture into the phone, phone back now doesn't seem to fit properly and I will have to replace my phone.

Brought in an old and slow (Lenovo) laptop that I purchased in 2019. The computer was so slow that I considered trashing it. D.R. checked it out and found that the ram and the hard drive were insufficient. They replaced both and updated my Windows for a price that I could never complain about. The laptop is now rocket fast. My primary use is for home office/student. D.R. also fixed a screen on one of my i phones, and the screen on my i watch. D.R. rocks. Their customer service is second to none, their pricing is beyond reasonable, and their business overall is outstanding. Thank you D.R. for everything you have done. Patrick Buffa

I had a battery replaced on my iPhone. It was fast and not expensive. They were extremely nice. I will be going back and telling my friends and family about them.

Super quick and friendly service! Helpful with the diagnosis of what was wrong with my phone. Had a 20% off for the month of November so not too bad to get a new screen for $120!! Will definitely return and recommend to others

I had a small catastrophe with my phoneI sat in the jacuzzi even though the phone was rated to be in the water It wasn't...After drying it out It came up with a codeSaying I needed to reboot it back to factoryI didn't want to lose all the stuff that was in the phone I tried Verizon stores No luck they didn't even want to look at it.... I went to you break it we fix it... Same thing .. They gave me a brochure for a company that's pretty much guaranteed to get yourMemory backThey wanted $900 to do it.. I'm thinking to myself they're crazy..... As a last resort I went to D&R electronic. I was helped by a youngFemale assistant who listened to my storyShe took my phone to the back after a few minutes she brought it back needing me to put in my code. She did it....she's my heroIf you need any phone repair I highley recommend this place..... ??

I had broken my iPhone and needed a repair or replacement. A girl named Myah helped me choose the phone that best suited my needs instead of trying to push me into something I didn't need. I said I was going to shop around and see what others offered. Before I even arrived at the next place, Myah was texting me with prices and availability of replacement phones and I ordered a factory reconditioned for a fantastic price. It came in 2 days later and even though it was a holiday weekend, she contacted me to inform me that it had arrived. She knew I am hard on my phones and go through multiple screens each year, so she discounted a screen protector and otterbox with a holster, like I wanted, and had it assembled in minutes after showing me the condition of the phone, which looked like brand new to me. I wish I had allowed her to help me set it up, since I'm not a techie, so that was my only part of the experience where it could have gone smoother but that was entirely my fault. I thought customer service was extinct but she gave me new hope and a flawless experience. I didn't even spend $300 either. Thank you Myah and D&R Electronics!

A literal life saver! Wife dropped her iPhone X and cracked the screen right before our vacation. Found D&R online, came in when they opened and they took care of us. Phone now like new. Thanks D&R!
