Pharmacist here is wholly unhelpful and rude. She’s isn’t there most of the time that the pharmacy is open, and the technicians aren’t allowed to answer most questions you would have about medications.

The pharmacist refused to fill my husband’s & my prescription because she disagreed with my doctor. When I asked her to call the office to ask for their diagnosis she accused me of being related to the doctor & refused to call. She was so incredibly mean. I have never had a pharmacist try to ‘play doctor’ & refuse a medication before. I love target but will never be using this pharmacy ever again. Pharmacists do not have medical degrees, can’t refuse because you may be related to the prescriber, & can’t decide if you need a medication or not. On top of that she was incredibly mean.

They did not accept IEHP insurance upon timely arrival for this appointment for the new Covid vaccination. They knew my father had this insurance at the time of scheduling. Why did CVS have to waste our time? They asked for Medicare card to give the vaccine which my father does not have.

Extremely satisfied with CVS pharmacy service . Will definitely keep my perscription pick up from there .

Do NOT put your card on file. They WILL charge you against your wishes and they don't reverse the charges when asked. Was called and asked if I wanted my meds mailed at additional cost, I declined and stated exact day I would pick up. Pharmacist confirmed meds would still be available. I arrive on stated date to pick up meds and they had been sent out against my stated wishes and card had been charged. Still have not received meds even though they were mailed out three days ago. Still have not veen refunded the charges. And pharmacist couldnt give me more than *1* pill 'to get me by'. And I won't be able to try to get them from post office again until 8 days from now due to no residential service in my community. Customer service sucks and there's no resolution in sight. Had to file complaint with BBB to try and get resolution that way.

Very bad service I was needing COVID 19 test and I want it to know if my insurance will cover it she told me I don't have any I can't answer any questions and I still ask her again okay I know u said you guys don't have any...but my question is if my insurance will cover it or I have to pay it ..she answered again I don't have any she never answered me. ...so I ended up calling rite aid in highland they answered me very nice way and I got my COVID 19 test 8 for me and other 8 for my husband so that's the best place

worst pharmacy ever, especially the pharmacist there with the colored hair, every time she is being so rude, unprofessional person. Such a shame to the medical field

I would give them a negative 1 star if I could, Not all employees are horrible, but this one karen treat me like some kinda of criminal every time I go pick up my prescription, yes I'm talking about :). I thought it was just me, but I've seen others talking about the exact same thing. She yell at me every single time when I go pick up my prescription, she made my experience so bad, I have anxiety about going to pick up my prescription every single time, I had to talk to my doctor, and switch to a different cvs.

This is not for all of the workers, but I don't know how CVS management can allow some staff at the pharmacy be so entitled that they treat customers like second class citizens. Sarcastic and NO professionalism. This is the CVS in Lugonia your customer service sucks! I would recommend CVS in downtown Redlands if you have the option.

When you go to pick up a prescription, plan on a long wait. Once you give your name, it takes forever for them to get your prescriptions and process for payment. Be sure to check your prescriptions, and that you get the right ones. Horrible customer service.

The staff is super friendly. They (especially Amy) were so nice and caring when my husband was being treated for cancer. She cried with me when I told her he passed. I will never change pharmacies as long as these ladies are here.

Had a Covid test appointment. Get there on time and get in the drive thru line. It takes A WHOLE HOUR for them to get through the maybe 5 cars in front. Once I'm in the front at 12:40, they say I'm late and they can't find my information?!??? What? I Informed them that I was there on time and that it is not my fault that THEY took forever to get through everyone in front of me. Not one person greeted or came up to say "hey do you have an appointment or something ". She says too bad, it's too late, can't see your information anymore. How? It's their system, how can you no longer see my information? Zero courtesy, zero understanding of everything we're going through in the world today. I have children, I need to know if I can hug them, hold them. And I drove half an hour because nobody else had a same day appointment. So disappointed. Now the next appointment i found is on Tuesday. Thank you CVS, I'll just go an extra few days quarantined from my children because of your unprofessionalism and in effectiveness of the procedures you have in place!
