I agree with literally everyone else on here that gives a one star review. It should get 0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy. I’ve never dealt with such incompetent everything and the fact that we have to deal with it every single month for two different very important medication’s for my son just is awful. The stress of trying to make sure he gets his medication. Every month is ridiculous.

The sheer level of deception, incompetence and just absolutely no oversight is disturbing on so many levels.
Hey I am just trying not to die and I am now completely out of my medication which I probably won’t receive.
You will get transferred to a “resolution” person which is laughable because nothing actually gets resolved.
I must have told them 1000 times when they messed up for the 50th time and my order didn’t arrive on Saturday that it had to go through FedEx and at 7 pm tonight it still hadn’t shipped, but somehow it’s supposed to be here tomorrow morning. UPS doesn’t ever stop at my place.
So, they sent it with UPS of course and I now won’t receive the medication.
I’m homebound and basically bed bound. These people should be ashamed because ultimately when they do things like this you are killing people possibly. The stress alone is terrible for me and others with conditions necessary for these kinds of medications.
I have been waiting for 2 months for a receipt from the first prescription which I paid close to $700 for out of pocket so I can get reimbursed by the insurance and have asked for 6 times, but no one can just send it. Who has ever heard of any pharmacy or buying anything without getting a receipt. These people are liars and are scammers.
There is no recourse because It’s the only specialty pharmacy contracted with blue shield

All I can say is that this company is a predator! I tried to get my fertility medications for IVF and they wanted to charge me 8 thousand. I found another pharmacy that charged me 2,300. I'll never go to CVS ever again. ! CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU GO BANKRUPT ?❤️

This place is wild. They will schedule your delivery and tell you if it doesn’t come to just give them a call the next day. It didn’t come. Both times I’ve ordered. Now it will come 5 days later…. If they send it.

Customer service is horrible. Representative tells you that you will receive your meds by a current date then in minutes later you receive a text stating...sorry for the inconvenience your meds will be delivered five days later.

The people that work there are very kind, courteous and efficient. I always get my prescriptions promptly. They always make me feel as though they really care about my level of comfort & my well being

When you have insurance, you’re not asking for a handout, and you shouldn’t be treated as such.Go to OptionCare or ANY other specialty pharmacy, CVS is “money first, people last.”

Terrible customer service. Called to see the availability of a medication that my normal pharmacy could not obtain. The first person could/would not tell me its availability and transferred me to intake. (I was told intake could find out) Intake would not answer my question and said I had to sign up and transfer my Rx before she would transfer me yet again to someone that could tell my if they could get it. Not going to happen.

I have had medication from every specialty pharmacy. I have never had a pharmacy this incompetent Every month the medication didn’t come (time sensitive ) EVER on time. I had to spend hours on the phone with the pharmacy blaming the doctor and blame on my insurance company. Every time I find out that all is right with my insurance (they approved the medication for a year ) and the doctors office confirmed with me that the orders were written correctly. CVS specialty is the only problem. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY !!!!!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE ANYWHERE!!!!!!

Do not use this pharmacy This is the worst. You will not get your medication I'm sick and need a specialty drug and they are so disorganized and don't care the medication is needed. The medication is delivered to a wrong address before The needle came broken It's has been a frustrating 3 months. DONT USE THEM!!! It's minus stars

Due to the increased homeless population that lives right outside of this building roaches have infested the inside of the building and it being a pharmacy they back and ship medications but have done nothing about the roaches which is disgusting at the very least, not sure how it's not a health Hazzard or illegal you can't have roaches in a kitchen around food so why are they allowed to he in a pharmacy around medication! They are also a terrible pharmacy just ask any of their current or past customers and employees

There is roaches in their building as of may 2023 they are filling prescription orders in a roach infested building yess there is a pharmacy here not sure if it's illegal to operate a pharmacy in such unsterile environment but it should be if it's not. They also are terrible at what they do and treat their employees terrible and cut corners over all CVS is a terrible company I don't suggest using them for specialty medications or regular medications and I highly suggest not working for them either

I give them one star. My insurance covers my special prescription 100%. They have it in stock and refuse to give it to me or ship it to me because I refuse to answer their personal medical questions. There is no reason that a phone answering customer service rep needs to know about my medical needs that are patient doctor confidential. My old pharmacy, never asked any questions and just delivered on the day I'm supposed to receive it. This place makes you jump thru hoops every time a refill is needed and it's 20+ minutes on the phone with them to get supervisor approval, and to deal with other nonsense. Today I fired CVS and told my insurance to move my script to a different pharm that doesn't need to know my personal medical history just to receive my medication.
