This has to be one of the worst run pharmacies ever. The pharmacy staff acts like you are bothering them. I went to use the drive thru pharmacy, had one car that was in front of me for quite some time. When it was my turn in line they shut the pharmacy drive thru down and told me to come inside. This was with 15 minutes before they closed. I had been in line for a while and it was not like I was a last minute customer. No cone out to keep someone from using that service. I went in to the pharmacy and they ignored me and kept talking for a bit. When I finally got up there I asked if that was standard for people already waiting and he told me yes. No apology and absolutely no customer service. I have been here before and it has always been bad service. I am finding another pharmacy even though this is close to home. The regular staff in the store has a much better attitude, but the pharmacy staff is horrible.

Poor, poor service , failure to return calls or notify when meds are ready. Incompetence to its highest level. Just plain laziness when it comes to customer service.

My mom went in to pick up a prescription that was called in for me. They didn’t have it in stock and instead of telling her which locations do have it stock, they told her she needs to call every CVS until she finds someone that does have it. Ridiculous, because I know from past experience they’re able to look up which stores carry specific medications. I then called the pharmacy to talk to them myself and got hung up on 7 times.

I really like all the employees in the pharmacy especially the pharmacist with the British accent she caught an error made by my physician and he changed my prescription.........good looking out

This CVS is by far the most convenient, efficient, and reliable I have had the pleasure of working with in my 15 years and multi-state CVS experiences. In particular the British pharmacist is an absolute delight who always makes time to answer any questions I may have. In addition, the pharmacy technicians have been nothing but pleasant with me and the staff at the front of the store checkout is always there to assist with self-checkout or will ring you up manually.I seriously do not understand the amount of negative reviews about this excellent pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The Pharmacist was utterly rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t be bothered to do her job and she actually hung up on us! We only asked her to check to see if our doctor, who said she left a voicemail, had called in a prescription. I will complain to corporate but I doubt it will do any good.

Horrible customer service at pharmacy, lazy…send daily reminders, but when you come have only 1 medication available, but second cannot be filled bc they lazy. 3 people at pharmacy and no clients, but they can’t fill it today, only tmw. It’s happened not once. Done with them.

This place is only for prescriptions meds for me . I don't like coming here because in the past a shopper with COVID was in the store coughing up a storm.

Unable to ask a simple pharmacy question for a prescription that I have. Called 5 times, and once I get through the phone system, the call is dropped. I called into the store and spoke to someone in the store front. They transferred me and call was dropped. Frustrating. No customer service what so ever. Will be looking for a new place to fill Rx's!

I have no issue with the front of the store. The cashiers are nice and the place is clean but If I could give no stars to PHARMACY ONLY I WOULD. There is an employee there (reddish brown hair usually has it up)really bad attitude you can't miss her. I'm not really sure of her job title and I honestly didn't catch her name but I legit was being so nice and understanding about the issues and miscommunication with my Dr and she was one of the rudest people. Like girl you know what you signed up for do your job! I understand you may be tired or not having the best day but do not take it out on others because you hate your job. Get a different job then. Customer service is not her expertise. I don't usually take it to yelp but she has the NASTIEST ATTITUDE. I'm surprised she even filled my prescription after all of her smart remarks. I shouldn't have to feel like I don't want to go to the pharmacy to get my medication or be worried it won't be getting refilled because somebody has a bad day or hates their job. Everyone else was helpful and nice except her. Even thought this is the closest pharmacy to my house I'd still rather take a drive then ever deal with her disgusting attitude ever again. Clearly they haven't spoke to her about it with all the negative reviews that are already on here. Do better.

I have seen much improvement with the Pharmacy and the store...the recovery from COVID years have slowed alot down...it's been getting better since.

My generous rating of one star is for the pharmacy here. Avoid it, unless you want; to be overcharged, rude service, prescriptions never ready when their alert says it is, incompetent workers and broken POS machine. Be sure and read the sticky notes on the POS pens or the faded handwritten signs in the drive-thru because their equipment is usually broken. My most recent experience involved a three-way call with my insurance, the rude CVS girl and myself. My Rx which had been ready for at least a week, went from $129.00 to $0.69 and NOT filled! Hmmm…They didn’t run my prescription through my new insurance until we called. I had made it a point to bring in my new insurance card ahead of time. The real kicker was when the CVS girl scolded me instead of apologizing. She said, “Next time don’t call your insurance, call us!” Yeah, not gonna happen. Rude.

It never fails, this place just sucks. The pharmacists and people who work at the pharmacy have always been rude and act like they hate their job and life. Imagine working at hating your job that you go out of your way to be rude? The fluffy white girl with a stink face and Asian pharmacist are both that way. Stay away. I'd rather wait to use ABC pharmacy rather than this one ever.
