Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever seem. Constantly out of prescription for two weeks straight. Jeopardized my health and wellbeing and I will never send my prescription here again horrible staffing issues and its generally a very dull looking store. Hate the way the pharmacy is run. How can you constantly be out of something for two weeks its insane horrible hated this service and this store.

Large parking lot but it's full of shoppers from stores across the street, so parking is annoying. The pharmacy is open late. The store is old and stinky. The clerks are sometimes rude. The pharmacy clerks can be VERY rude, but they seem to have changed up the staff a bit for the better lately. Good selection from candy to liquor, vitamins to snacks.

They’re always short staffed, waited so long for the staff to help me get the stuff stuff need. Instead of helping me first the guy just straight went to the back. There’s a lot people waited to get their stuff because they lock everything, better add more stuff if you want to lock everything there so people don’t wait for long time

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been coming here for a few years. This CVS is a great all-in-one store. I come here for prescriptions too. Awesome pharmacy and staff. Great staff, great product selection, and great all-around convenience store. ❤️

I do local deliveries, I got a request to pick up orders to deliver, I drove there wasted time and gas when I arrive to the store, the cashier said orders no ready and did not offer to get them ready very unprofessional, if you request orders to be pick up, is because you should have them ready it cost money to drive to your location fix that problem!!

Do not continue to false advertise on Google and other platforms for the sake of laziness. Make the proper changes with these organizations and platforms for better communication! Thank you for wasting my time and gasoline!

Went to pick up my prescription & waited 15+ minutes to do so all while getting a tremendous amount of attitude & sass from Vincent … you’re there to be helping people I don’t care what you got going on in your outside life … be professional

The pharmacy staff is very kind and helpful. I spoke to them at least 4 times today and to 3 different staff members and every single one of them was so caring.

I had a bad experience with one of your cashiers. They were unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. I was buying some items and wanted to use my Extra Care Plus, which my husband and I usually access through our email. When I approached the cashier, I noticed that they were not dressed appropriately for working at CVS. They were wearing black shirts with an embroidered devil on the front.
I approached the cashier, but she didn't greet me or smile. I told her that I wanted to use the $10's on my account, and she asked for my phone number. I suggested that I could give her my email instead, but she said that they don't look it up that way and she needed a phone number. I explained that we've always looked it up that way and never had any issues before, but she just said "Nope, we can't do it" without offering any help.
So, I stepped out of the line and called my husband, who had just had knee surgery and was waiting in the car with our three kids, one of whom was just three weeks old. He's a manager at another CVS, and he told me to instruct the cashier to click the Extra Care button and look up the account by email. I got back in line and apologized for the situation, but the cashier didn't even say hi or ask how she could help.
I told the cashier that my husband was a manager at CVS and gave her the instructions to look up our account using our email. However, she didn't even try and just said that they don't do that. I tried to use a phone number, but it didn't work, so I stepped out of line again and called my husband in the car. He asked me to come back to the car to watch the kids, and he would handle it.
When my husband came into the store and asked the cashier about the issue, she seemed confused. He told her to click the Extra Care button and look up the account by email. She then asked the cashier next to her if that was correct, who confirmed it and entered the email. I was frustrated that she didn't ask for help from someone else before my husband had to come in.
The cashier seemed disinterested in serving customers and didn't even seem like she wanted to help. My husband is also forwarding this to Stephanie and Diane. I was really disappointed in the customer service!
