I made the BEST possible decision when I selected Cristina as my listing agent. First, she advised me in advance about what improvements to do to my house and how to aesthetically make it look great for showing. Then, the way she staged, photographed, videoed, and presented my house was so professional -- nothing short of exceptional. Top notch!I couldn't have asked for a better listing agent. Also, because I ended up finding a house to buy out of state way sooner than originally planned, I was on a VERY tight time slot; Cristina managed to pull it together and get my house staged, listed, shown, and sold within literally 4 days.I highly recommend Cristina for her experience, knowledge, design skills, and marketing ability. This is the 4th time I have used Cristina as my realtor. I have used her for both selling and buying a home. I am once again blown away by her professionalism and talent. This last time when I asked her to be the realtor to sell my home she agreed to do so even tho my home was not in her area that she works. She always has beautiful professional pictures of the home taken, which I know helps so much with the final sale price of the home. It was a privilege to work with Cristina again.

Above the bar...that is how I would describe Cristina's services. After interviewing several realtors, she stood out for many reasons. She came prepared, she listened, she gave many well informed suggestions and offered and controlled the staging service. We trusted her intuition and she allowed us to be a part of the decision making. We asked for a certain selling price and she was very willing to help us get it. I would highly recommend Cristina as a realtor.

Choosing the right realtor was the most important decision in selling our home and Cristina Caministeanu far exceeded our expectations. She is an expert in the Redlands market so she knew the perfect price for our home. She has local connections to clean the house and carpets since we were out of state. She’s a great communicator and kept us informed frequently. Due to her expert marketing we closed escrow 20 days after being listed!!!! Less than 3 weeks from the day it was listed to closing and proceeds in our bank!! I can’t recommend Cristina high enough. If you’re looking yo buy or sell make sure you have her as your realtor.

Cristina was so professional, gave excellent advice, staged our home beautifully and was the absolute best realtor ever! We couldn’t even begin to tell you how great and awesome it was working with Cristina. It was really such a blessing and luck how we stumbled upon finding her. As first home time buyers we didn’t have our own experience with another realtor but I have witnessed other family/ friends having a bad experience with other realtors. She never gave up on us and was always honest with opinions. She also got us the best deal with our condo! You definitely want her on your team when buying or selling your home!
