wow I cannot get over number one the quality of the hearing aids I just picked them up today. I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 14 years old I'm now 59 and I almost feel like when I got my first set of hearing aids how much better I could hear. the last company that I got hearing aids from the quality of the hearing aids was horrible I was straining just as bad with those as I was the hearing aids I was replacing the hearing I got from this company so much better and I can Bluetooth my phone and my iPad to the hearing aids. The ladies in this office are remarkably kind and patient . I definitely recommend connect hearing from Redlands California.

Love going to this place.. been going here for the last 3 years and I love it... it's quick and easy.. and of course love the staffs they are nice and friendly.. and they answer my questions and concerns about my hearing aids and the experience with these hearing aid has been different from back in the day.. so I would recommend this place I wouldn't change to any other places that I have been.. just hope they don't change or close down.. it worth the time and effort and plus they take IEHP which is a good thing.. and appointment time they get u in asap which makes it nice if u have a problem with the aids they do the best to fix it .... well they got my 5 star rating..

It's ok. They will call you the day before to confirm your appointment. If there's no answer, they might give the time slot to someone else. Imagining calling a person who has hearing problems on the phone to confirm an appointment.

Have been a customer since my hearing has declined connect hearing has been there with me from day one the level of care and I get from them I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone else.Keep up great job!!!!!! Back once again and Nadine was absolutely ?!!! Easy and no fuss! Would recommend Connect Hearing in Redlands too everyone that needs them....couldn't be more happy thanks Nadine and Connect Hearing ?.

I asked for a Hail Mary today and received it. I was OUTRAGED over being CANCELED from Connect Hearing in Riverside FOR THE THIRD TIME AND NOT BEING TOLD. After 2 hours of wasted time OVER THE PHONE AFTER AN HOUR DRIVE FROM VICTORVILLE. I made my way back to Redlands LOCATION asking for a Hail Maryi needed these hearing aids because I am in a big court trial as a court official and need to hear. And sure as day they helped me with everything Ineeded. This by far has been my favorite hearing aid place and there customer service proves it time and time again. I can advertise forever on something I believe so strong in! The warm welcome and immediate comfort I felt was amazing! ERIKA was a true gem in the sand! The old school hospitality to thE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. Nadine even with a customer allowed Ericka to fix my hearing aids so I can get back to work. This place needs to teach Riverside Canyon Crest about customer service and serving with COMPASSION and empathyEricka your help with people was enough by itself. If i could give 10 stars i would. ERIKA YOU ARE THE BEST EVER! THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME IN WHEN IM IN A HURRY AND RUSHING! You have SAVED MY LIFE WITH THESE HEARING AIDS! AND SAVED THE COMPANYS REPUTATION FOR APOLOGIZNG FOR RIVERSIDE'S CANYON CREST LOCATION'S GARBAGE SERVICE.

Brenda Ramirez was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. She explained my test results in simple and easy manner which I could understand. The receptionist was professional and explained the paperwork needed to get me started with my test. I recommend Redlands Connect Hearing.

Brenda did my hearing test and she was amazing very patient, the way she takes her time and is able to explain my results was outstanding to me and Ericka was very helpful and friendly and awesome multi tasker with all the patients that walked in the office. I will be back and recommending this place.

Opened on time did the test and I was finished and on my way to work by 8:30. The test administrator did a great job. I’m very thankful and the experience was a good one.

I have bought three sets of hearing aids in this establishment and I have seen how the services have been deteriorating progressively. Today I stopped to buy some hearing aid filters for my mothers hearing aids and they were too busy and after insisting I was given one filter which means only one will work. Went back in business hours and knocked on the door and they did not open. Please change the staff!!! Will not be going there anymore.

Brought my dad in years ago for hearing aids. They gave him some crappy ones that broke within 6 months. I tried to make an appointment for him to be seen and pay for some better ones. However, nobody answers the damn phone or return call after leaving voicemail. This place is basura.

So I am not sure if these other reviews are legit about the satisfaction on the service they have received from this establishment but I can’t even get them to return my call to schedule an appointment. I have left 4 detailed messages now with the understanding they will get back with me at their earliest convenience but a whole week! I have left multiple messages for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment and nothing from them yet.

I usually do not give bad reviews but I thought potential patients should be aware. I can only assume most of their 5 star ratings must be fabricated. I would not recommend this establishment for the simple fact they can't even give you the courtesy of a return call to schedule an appointment. I have left at least 4 or possibly 5 messages over a period of two weeks now with no response. I have tried various times of the day to call and speak with someone but no actually person has ever answered the phone rather it just goes to their voicemail. They do explain they will return your call at their earliest convenience but 2 weeks is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I even went as far as driving to this office last Friday April 20 to see if I could talk to someone in person. I just so happen to catch someone leaving the office for lunch and explained to her I have been leaving messages for over a week with no response. She explained to me she was on vacation for a week and had just got back the day before but someone was covering her position. Since the office closes for an hour for lunch she promised to give me a call by 2:30 if not by the end of that business day. I have yet to receive a call back and today is Tuesday the 25. It has now been over two weeks with multiple messages left. I didn't want to go through the whole song and dance with my insurance to get a new referral and wait for a new. This is why I continued my attempts in contacting Connect Hearing. I have now given up and requested my primary doctor to refer me to a different facility. Which will only further delay my need for treatment due to the incompetency of their front office. There is clearly some changes that need to be made at your front desk and the way this office runs their business. First impressions like this makes you question the quality of care you would get from this Redlands location.

Starting coming here in 2019 for hearing aids related to Worker's Comp. Always good service from the front lobby to the technicians in the back. Staff were always cordial and professional. Fast forward to February 2023, now you can't get anyone to answer the phone! You are asked to leave a messsage but calls are not returned! When I went in person, I was met with rudeness at the front lobby and I was told that I never left messages! No time was taken to contact the insurance and coverage! This is supposed to be a "service provider" but no service was provided. The front lobby person needs to be professional and not blast out personal information in the presence of other customers. Being hearing impaired is tough enough. Do better!Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere.
