They were able to build a gaming pc which cost me less than a prebuilt of same specs. Solid work on the build including , cable management, gpu brackets, screws torqued down right, driver setup and windows installation. Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Computer Pro2call

I brought in two custom pc to be built one which was already half assembled very poorly and man the price that I was quoted was awesome they never made you feel stupid for not knowing much about computers great customers service it's been over 2 years and both computers run without any issues

Computer fail. Needed to pull files or fix. Explained the options we had. They explained the steps they would do. Took it one step at a time, checking to see if the computer was viable to fix, before pulling what files they could from it. Kept me informed on cost before each action, and kept me in the loop, and took time to talk to me. To me it seemed that they know what to do, and do what needs to be done, and the customers find them because they know they will get superior service.

Best computer repair shop around. Robert was extremely helpful in diagnosing my PC when I could no longer get it to boot. He gave me constant updates on what parts of my PC he was testing until they figured it out and even cleaned up the cabling/fixed the ventilation on my machine. Amazing customer service!

I have been working with computers, both as a user, writing software, and repair since 1962 (yes, I'm 81 years old). I actually own and use 8 Windows computers in my home and, for the most part, can take care of any problems that occur ... BUT ... at age 81, my eyes are not as good as they used to be and it has become difficult for me to make hardware changes when needed. When that happens, I go directly to Computer Pro2Call and see Robert. Robert is great! He knows what he is doing, he is honest, and his prices are reasonable, frequently much better than his competitors, who may not be as knowledgeable and honest as I have found Robert to be. I live about 20 miles from Redlands and when I go to Computer Pro2Call, I pass several other Computer Repair locations. Frankly, I do not know how good or bad several are, but I am aware of many of those locations and I would advise you to never set your foot in their door. Go to Computer Pro2Call. Robert and the team know what they are doing and will treat you well.
