I have been coming to this store now for over a year. Service is always amazing. Choices are bountiful. Prices are very fair for the quality product being purchased. I work outdoors, so I love the UV 40 AND 50 clothing lines. I wear long sleeves even in 100-degree weather, and I remain cooler than those around me who are sweating. Great hiking gear, meaning shirts. Winter gear is perfect also.

While I'm the last person to give an opinion about clothing, I found the Columbia Factory Store meeting my needs. I needed some outdoor wear: light weight, waterproof, breathable, very packable and super casual. I was able to touch, feel and try on - it all worked for me. And the prices seemed reasonable.The staff was very helpful, and the supervisor was very informative.

Bought it on Black Friday, only used it inside home on a carpet floor. It has a hole now. Avoid Columbia products altogether.

I bought exactly the color and size of the jacket I wanted for 25.00. Staff was friendly, store was clean and well organized. Usually I buy my stuff at target or Burlington but they had almost no jackets in stock and btw it’s freezing here. Thanks Columbia for keeping me warm :)

I love Columbia and their clothes and accessories but each time I visited this particular store the employees are rude. They have really bad customer service. It's a smaller store so I will only go there for convenience but Cabazon or Ontario Mills are better stores.

So awesome to have Columbia here in Redlands. We visited on a Sunday late afternoon during their grand opening and their customer service and clothing selection was amazing. Can't wait to go back soon.
