Really needed to use the restroom while driving Uber locally, was told (rather rudely) by the Caucasian woman up front that they no longer have public restrooms. Unfortunately unless they had NO restrooms and were constructed before 2004, they cannot do that, it is against the law? Has Covid become an excuse to ignore the law? Seems like it! Grocery stores and restaurants who sell food are required to provide public restrooms and a place to wash your hands with warm water. It is for public health!!! If you think you are helping prevent the spread of Covid you are sadly mistaken. I hope at least the employees here are washing their hands and not just using hand sanitizer all day. Wishful thinking I'm sure.

got a prescription for my 3 year old who has a stomach bug, was given an anti nausea oral solution. when i received it it said "2mg by mouth" they were too lazy to do the conversion and i almost gave my son double the dose luckily my daughter used to be a pharmacy tech so she caught me. she described how sloppy this label is based on her experience. you NEVER leave the patient to figure out the conversions to the medicine even if it seems simple enough to figure out. 0/10 would be my review if i was allowed. this pharmacy is sloppy and lazy.

Just waited 30 minutes on hold. Same issue every month. Apparently their billing system is so old it can't retain coupon information about coupons for more than five minutes. Happens every month and they waste my time accordingly. Attendant in so insincere about the issue and always gives the standard meaningless token apology. Obviously they don't give two shits about customer service or this issue would be rectified. Probably use another pharmacy soon and you should probably do the same.

I would give negative 5 if I could. It's really sad that they power tip they say my prescription can't be filled there but I can fill it somewhere else. You have no moral or have no idea what good customer service is clearly your reviews reflect this.

First prescription called in took a while to get but the second time around they did a good job and Robo called me for pick up. When you're sick the last thing you want is to wait around for your meds. Store still needs a good scrub, overhaul carpet & paint would go a long way!

Reward coupons not good for wine and a bunch of stuff. Waste of time. Rite Aid ir Walmart Neighborhood Market are best. Prices here are insane. Example: their idea of a sale is 10.99 for Woodbridge wines. Walmart: 8.99. Staters 9.99. Smart n Final: 9.47. Everything at cvs is over-priced. Coupons are a waste of time. Just give the public lower prices without the BS coupon "buy 6 get discount".

Don't get your photo prints here. They have shut down the kiosk due to Covid. CVS management must be very backward. I just went to RiteAid to get my prints. An employee named Kaylee explained this to me very patiently, and I felt very sorry for her having to take complaints from people just because her management has not got a clue.

I was shocked that CVS at Redlands Mall is violating civil rights. I needed a prescription today; entered the store and was immediately told that I had to wear a mask. Neither the President not the Governor NOR CDC have REQUIRED a mask to be worn. No need to say that CVS will no longer be a pharmacy that I will use. I hope there is a CLASS ACTION suit brought against CVS for violating people's rights to wear or not wear a mask. I will join that lawsuit in a heartbeat. There are NO signs posted outside or at the door that a mask is a CVS requirement.

I went in for some cough medication and I was trying to suppress my cough since everyone is paranoid about the coronavirus, and then I started having a cough attack in the store and in a panic I grabbed the first water bottle I could find and one of the workers was kind enough to check up on me, a really sweet man. He checked up on me a few times to make sure I was okay and he didn't freak out that I opened a bottle without paying for it (obvi I paid for it after) but I just thought it was a very kind gesture especially with all this hype about the coronavirus I was surprised the guy wasn't scared to go near me. Anyways I just wanted to leave a review and thank the store for having amazing hardworking employees that care about their customers, it literally made my day. Also on the side sometimes they have amazing clearance sales, I got 28 dollar vitamins for under 2 bucks (clearance sale plus a coupon).

24/7 pharmacy closed? Are you kidding? We are trying to get some meds from this location but it is closed. Never liked this store's service, too bad we have no other choice. If we could give them -5 star, we would.

This is the worst pharmacy. Took over an hour to fill a simple prescription. The pharmacist couldn't find me through my insurance. She told me to go home and find my updated card. The one I handed to her was old but still valid with the same member number. She was making a phone call while helping me the whole time and then proceeded to attend to the call while leaving me standing there not knowing what to do. I finally stepped aside to call my provider and see if I could get info from my updated card that they might need to look me up. My provider said they should have been able to find me with what I had given them but gave me all the updated card info anyways. Got back in line. This time a younger man who actually looked competent helped me. He looked as if he was having better success finding my insurance when the previous woman came back and took over for him. I told her I had the updated numbers and she completely disregarded me. She then made a phone call to my provider and was able to get the info she needed. She muttered that she could have helped me before but she was busy on the phone. I then had to get back in another line to finally pick up the prescription. I always seem to have problems when I go to this particular CVS pharmacy. I realize that the pharmacists are probably over worked and encouraged to multi task but the way this particular employee wasted my time was unacceptable.

I went in to CVS by Redlands Mall around 8pm to get a money order to pay my water bill that was due today. I made arrangements with Redlands utilities earlier that I would drop the payment in the drop box after work, even though it was after hours. But unfortunately the lady working at register 2 asked for my ID and stated something wasn't working. I asked if it was my ID as she tried it a 2nd time. Error said validation error, she made no attempt to try and key it in or use a different register but just turned me away. I have used CVS once before for these same services and the lady that helped me then was very helpful as it was my first time getting a money order to pay my water bill from CVS, as I heard money orders are 24 hours there and conveniently right across the street from paying the water bill. I am very disappointed as she made no attempt to try and help, making the situation even more so inconvenient.

Cashier was an adorable blonde with some pink hair. She honestly looked extremely annoyed with the local 5150's. They do have a decent public bathroom/s but it is all the way to the back of the store. They do have good deals on the booze but with my luck, I stormed, in when I was about to go camping. It was my last stop to grab the good deals. Of course all the booze, I wanted was gone. Lots of parking but only one cashier that hates her job is not my style.
