Saturday June 1, 2024 at around 5am I happened to stop at this Chevron in Redlands to get a bit of gas and a few cokes after a very tiring work shift. Eric was the cashier on shift. He is the last of a dying breed because he has a big heart… this guy needs to be given a top position in the company or get paid a lot more money to properly train new and current employees because he has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you again Eric. My complete respects to you, I really do mean that.

Another great experience with a neat, tidy, and clean store with very well-groomed friendly staff who understand exceptional customer service. Oh yeah, the reason I dropped in was for coffee... brilliant, piping hot, fresh, andflavorful. You gottta go here.

The service here is like they say. It sucks. All I needed was some air for my tires. I went inside to ask if they would be able to turn the air compressor on for me the lady working there said ok just give me a couple of minutes. Mind you it's over 100 degrees outside. So I said sure. I went back outside and about 5mins go by so I went to go back inside and the doors were closed so I believe she went on break without at least turning on the compressor for me. This is service at its worst. I really am disappointed in the service.

I wanted to let you know about your cashier Eric that was working on March 13th around 12:00 p.m. he went above and beyond to make a ugly situation better. I was getting gas when this mentally ill lady took a copper pipe and scratched the whole side of my car. He must have heard me in the parking lot when I was yelling at the lady and he asked me about it when I came in, I told him what had happened and I was going to pay for my soda and gasoline when he offered to pay for it. I told him he didn't have to do that and he insisted on paying for it. He totally made my day and I wanted you guys to know what a great employee you have working for Chevron!

Just your average Chevron. I decided to treat my Tundra to some nice, expensive gasoline today, lol. I will say at least this location actually also has a decent coffee brand. For the rest, good, customer service, good selection of items, clean and good location.

Very poor customer service here needed to use the bathroom and Lupe the manager in a very rude and disrespectful tone tells me "I cant use her bathrooms" then proceeds on trying to force me to buy something in order to use the restroom. I asked her to show me where it says its company policy and she couldn't show me anything.. as a walked out she then called me a "dumba**" in spanish thinking I didnt know what she said but I knew exactly what she said.. will be taking this a step further and will be contacting The corporate offices. This is unacceptable and I hope no one deals with this again. I'd leave negative stars if I could! -5*
