ATMs and the access system to get into the vestibule after hours is frequently broken. I think I’ve shown up more times to a broken door, or out of service ATMs if the door actually works, than I’ve come here and actually had things work. I go out of my way to go to a different Chase location because it’s such a gamble to go to this one now.

This is hands down the best chase branch I've ever been too. I wish I knew the 2 lady's names who helped me. They even called me a few days later to make sure my situation was taken care of. Most people don't really care but I appreciate there care and professionalism.

Personnel gives wrong info & makes appointments once you are there then just to tell you sorry we appologize but the service requested it's not possible after all. Specially discriminate towards the elderly and disabled people that can very help themselves. Never open an acct there will regret it. Personnel nor management dont care about.

I hadn't had any bad experiences with my personal Chase checking account until I opened a business account a month ago. Today I needed to withdraw some money but I found that my account was literally canceled. The interesting thing is that I had not received any email, call, or message in regard, even when our profile contains all that information. When contacting customer service, a very unfriendly lady told me that the account had been closed because I did not reply to two paper letters Chase allegedly sent me, but that I never received. In any case, the balance that I deposited is lost somewhere and I'm not sure when I am going to get it back. I have not received a response from my executive George Caceres who, by the way, never contacted us to notify us of any problem. In summary, not very pleased at all with the service.

This branch or chase in general really messed me up . I went to set up an estate account with joint beneficiaries. Everything was approved but the account was on hold because the first check had to clear and the other beneficiary ( my sister ) had to sign paperwork . She is living in another state but I was assured that wasn't a problem. Weeks go by and the account was still on hold . After the account escalated to higher management chase decide to close my account. I now have to wait for the estate check to be mailed to me . Well now I don't have an estate account at a time I need one . This has caused a lot of stress and problems to my family and I during a rough time for my family. You can be rest assured that as soon as I get through this , I will be closing all my accounts. Please think twice about banking with chase

Bad experience, been with this bank for years and have a personal and business account . I was disappointed before for different reasons , one time I was charge by a company that I did not authorize and they didn’t do anything about it (what’s the point of having your money “protected “ right ?)last issue was when I made an appointment to open another business account and they didn’t respect my time , instead the guy that was going to help me was kind of rude instead of trying to apologize, everybody’s time it’s valuable , they shouldn’t make it so difficult to speak with a representative. Why appointments when you already a costumer ? Every excuse it’s covid to this bank. Already looking for a better option

I got an email recently telling me I got approved for another credit card and wanted to see the overall info of APR, limit, etc. so as I asked to speak to someone I was seated for a moment waiting as the receptionist went to about three offices where every person was like no as I can tell but just seeing their faces. After all three said no she went back again to the first person which was Angelina Avalos and asked her once again which you can see I was literally bothering her but they called me in her office to be helped which was nothing but awkward and forced on help. As I was waiting for her to see what credit card I was approved for she just said nope I see nothing and you're not approved for nothing and just sat there quiet like I was bothering her so bad so i just got up said thanks and left. Once I got to my car I then checked back for the email and In my app and it was still there. This is a great bank especially this branch but the customer service was a complete fail that day. If you're in customer relations you should leave your personal issues and attitude at home. I own an auto shop and I always show each customer respect no matter what and I just assume people should do the same but she definitely didn't. I love this bank but I'll never ask to be helped again by anyone in this branch.
