I had 2 mortgages with them with automatic payments set up from my regular bank. When I paid off one mortgage, they cancelled both automatic payments, causing all sorts of problems.

This is by far the worst Chase bank in the country I’ve ever been to. Their tellers are incompetent and give out false information, their wait times are long and the system is always down.This teller really just told me she can try to print out a cashiers check for me but it’s possible it may not print correctly and my money will just be in the air. Horrible.It’s worth the hassle to just travel a little further to the Chase off Boulder for better service.

ATMs and the access system to get into the vestibule after hours is frequently broken. I think I’ve shown up more times to a broken door, or out of service ATMs if the door actually works, than I’ve come here and actually had things work. I go out of my way to go to a different Chase location because it’s such a gamble to go to this one now.

This is hands down the best chase branch I've ever been too. I wish I knew the 2 lady's names who helped me. They even called me a few days later to make sure my situation was taken care of. Most people don't really care but I appreciate there care and professionalism.
