“5 stars for this location, zero stars for Budget corporate customer services. I had a nightmare with Budget from Ontario airport: first car they gave me had a knocking noise in the undercarriage when accelerating past 50mph, second car had a flat by the time I reached my destination. Their 1-800 number is useless. I was able to get the car to this Redlands location, who unfortunately did not have a car I could exchange for because I needed to return it to the airport. The manager, however, went above and beyond to help me. When talking to customer service was useless, he helped me get it fixed locally. I got to drive off safely to my family thanks to David!
Also, I witnessed his cars there actually being serviced! From now on I will skip the airport and only come here to rent.”
“Buying a car here was easier than I ever expected buying a used car would be. The staff here has great, welcoming personalities. Test driving the car with Freddie was fun and casual, but still informative whenever I did have questions in regard to the condition of the vehicle (or otherwise). I even had a relatively weird financial situation in order to be able to pay for my vehicle and they were patient with me through that and they made the paperwork super simple. Great vehicles, great staff, great experience!”
