Always a fun time, the food was surprisingly good but my favorite thing was their Moscow Mules. I was happy with our food and drinks. They were all nice and polite and we always felt well attended. We're going back very soon.

Bait and switch. Stay away!! These guys knock on your door and solicit your business for copiers. Once you've been duped into buying - the copier is always breaking down. Takes weeks to have someone out to repair or get ink for it. Seldom do I post reviews, but our community needs to know who to stay away from.

Burtronics gives the best service. Always taking care of my regular and last minute orders. If I call for service the technician services the company same or next day. Special shout-out to Garrett and Josh for always being so helpful and providing the best customer service. Recommend 100%

Burtronics is great. When we put a call or order out to them, usually they are here in no time at all. Garrett is really easy to talk to and helps me to understand what I'm looking at if there are issues that we could control on our own. The service techs come out and get their jobs done quickly, so we have no delays in our business.

Been using this company for years. Garrett has always been amazing at making sure we had our supplies and service done on our machine. Nick, our service tech has been awesome as well and is always professional. Highly recommend them for your copy and machine needs.
