May 25th 2024. 4pm. I just walked out. Only one cashier. 4 employee in customer service. They did did not help. Was forth in line. Waited 15 minutes, the line did not move.

Horribly ran.. the poor Cashier Seanna at the Redlands CA location was left all by herself to ring up customers. She was very kind and friendly, but was totally overwhelmed. Understaffed and poor management is an understatement. The store was filthy, items on the floor.. not a pleasant experience at all.

How long does it take us to wait in line for about 1 hour, there are 9 checkouts and they only have one to serve, don't eat monda? If I worked here it would be different so I am available to be hired, thank you

I used to love shopping at Burlington but this store is one of the worst. It’s messy, dirty, and hardly has what I want because they hardly stock and then the employees will buy them for themselves before reaching customers. On top of that they have such a high turnover over of employees. One of the cashiers/security is always in a bad mood, only a few are friendly enough to say hi. The pricing for clothing is pretty good but some of the snacks should be less. I really only come if I really want something that I can only find at Burlington and have the time to wait because they get busy in the afternoon/evenings.

Unfortunately, it has changed and not for the better in the last while since my review.
Lines still very bad, store is not organized but also never clean. Our joke is we shop on the floor here.
The newer employees are so rude. Customer service is just not a thing here anymore.
The deals are great but this location makes it highly uncomfortable and unenjoyable to shop at.
Location could use work. Really need to hire some people the line is ridiculous

Store seems to be going out of business. Suppose to have Nursing clothes but not getting new merchandise in. Everything needs upgrade.
