I'm surprised by all the poor reviews but realize most are 4?to 6 years old. My experience has been nothing but positive. Well stocked, fair prices, all marked up front snd friendly store person. All good in my book!

First time my wife and I went to this liquor store. We couldn't believe the nice courteous service the gentleman gave us. For my wife and I. That's actually what keeps us coming back to a store. Good selection, but there is an older hispanic employee that keeps on hitting on my teen girls there every time they go to get sodas and their usual snacks and candies (we don't drink alcohol) we don't go there anymore.Owner should pay attention on who he hires since this can cost him clients.We don't shop there anymore.

I went to get a couple of liquor bottles on Christmas Day and the and when asked for gift bags and the price, I encountered the worse customer service from the person behind the counter. He wouldn’t give the price unless I stated weather I was using cash or card. He did that with the rudest way possible. Stay away from this shady business.

I'm a food delivery driver and on 9/2 around 1:00. I received an offer to pick up an order from Brookside liquor. Upon my arrival I parked in front of the store and observed an employee locking the door and putting a note on it. As he walked by me he said he needed to go to the bathroom and would be back in 5 minutes.. I said ok and identified myself as a delivery driver. apparently that upset him. He walked back to the door and told me to come get my order complaining the entire time. I came inside the store and he continued to complain and make me feel like this was all my fault. I told him I was just trying to pick up an order for for his customer.. But that didn't matter he continued to complain plain so I decided to leave and reassign the order.. I got back in my car and the last thing he said to me was "I hope you never come back." Well he has his wish I will never pick up another delivery from this location ever again. Nor will I return as a customer. There are plenty of places to go.
