I have been to this location several times. I am a long term Boost customer, and go here for my new phones. Yvette was extremely knowledgeable and got me out the door in a matter of minutes. Yvette answered all my questions (going from android to iPhone) and set up my new phone so I could immediately use it. she also helped me move photos from android to apple. many thanks, Yvette is special kind of person

I've had boost for at least 10 yes. It was time for a new phone g I t the boost one deal but they said I could not keep my old no# . I paid $ 25. Online for unlimited plan during the back and forth trying to get it turned on they sent another sm card cost another $25 so following there instruction "switch cards" and all will be good NOT!! 6 HRS, Pasted to many agents finally they fixed it. I was ready to go to another carrier. I was that close

The New staff here is amazing, I had trouble with my phone and wanted to make a payment… Ivette took care of me and made sure everything was right before I left ! Really great full for these people at this store :)

The people are nice, however that may be the only good thing.They cannot activate phones in store. They have to call the same number you and I must call to activate it, and wait 20-30 minutes on hold. No point in going to the store if you can do the same thing from home. They also do not have phones they have online in stock at the store. They dont even have the cases for them. One last thing, they gave me wrong infromation about an international plan add-on. The phone cannot be used in canada, you can only call to canada. Luckily i didnt listen to the lady in store and researched it myself. Saved me some money.Boost Mobile is definitely going downhill. Customer service on the phone is terrible, they dont know what theyre doing, and they know nothing about SIM card compatibility.
