“They were pretty transparent on when they were going to get my car fixed… I would give them five stars But the only reason why I took one off was because they called me saying that my car was ready at 4:30 PM and what would’ve been a 20 minute drive for me is a 55 minute drive due to traffic and they close at five… No exceptions! I’m supposed to be celebrating a birthday the day I have to pick up the car so I guess I have to wake up early and show up there around 8 AM?.
Note to everyone: if your car is due to be completed that day just stay close to the parking lot and just wait for them there. Don’t plan to anything else to do that day. I have to pay for two extra days with the rental car service just because of bad timing.”

Seamless. I had a smaller ding on a front fender and gnarly dent that impacted the cars character line… both vanished.

Update! Sold the Model Y and got a new Honda Prologue. Sadly, it got dented pretty bad. Without even thinking about it I took the Prologue in for repairs. They were able to get the dent out without a trace.
In case you’re wondering, the Model Y’s corrective work was so seamless that it appraised at value. Meaning they didn’t deduct any value from the car because of the body work done. Score!”
