I keep coming back to Bob’s because of one employee that stands out her name is Kim in the Redlands location and from the first purchase which was 2 months ago I purchased a large sectional couch she was so energetic and had so many good recommendations and so helpful. At first I was like I don’t need anything or anyone but she was like having a friend next to me helping me every step of the way giving me ideas. She was so helpful and had me excited. I feel she really goes out of her to make me or whoever feel at home and she’s not pushy. I brought my sister a month after my first purchase and my sister loved her and all the ideas she showed us and she was patient and stayed by us throughout the whole process. My sister bought a sectional that Kim showed her. And just yesterday I returned and seen Kim and she helped me purchase 2 full bedroom sets with mattresses. I am very happy with my purchases through Bob’s and the high quality. I highly recommend Bob’s furniture to my family and friends and I wanna say thank you for having great staff. Bought an armoire from them and opted for the pick up option, what they don’t tell you is that when you opt for pick up and they send you a text your item is ready to be picked up you have to pick it up right away because they are on a first come first serve basis , which seems unfair if you have bought your item and they should have it reserved for you but they don’t..long story short they said the item was out of stock again and had to wait another 4-6 weeks which is ridiculous after already waiting 2 weeks, so I decided to cancel my order and get a refund..I was told I would receive a check by mail since I paid cash in about 7-10 days. I wait the 7-10 days and nothing. I call and turns out they had put it on as store credit, keep in mind I was never told this, so they say I will receive an email in about 10-15 minutes to check an option on how to receive my refund. I waited hours and I called back and once again they told me something different , this is the 3rd time I’m told something different , now they told me I had to wait 3-5 days for this email . Now I have to wait once more for a refund I should’ve had 2-3 weeks ago. Very frustrating process!

This was my first time going to Bob’s to purchase a bedroom set, dining set and living room set.
Larry was such a great help! Larry was so kind, patient, and took his time showing me around. He explained the quality of the furniture, the warranties and made sure I knew about each item.
I was very pleased with my experience and my purchases.
Bob’s prices are so reasonable, you can’t beat them. I would definitely recommend Bob’s furniture to others.
