Manager needs to be retrained on customer service. She's got a bad attitude and extremely rude! I love Big lots but definitely not shopping at this one anymore!

This place is bunk. Everything is misleading there, the couches have several prices so it's super confusing they have sporadic organization, and improper tagging on front display items. They had beef jerky tagged on the bag for 4.29 but it rang up as 12.99 when it was pointed out about the price the cashier was implying the tag on it was tampered even though there were no signs of it being touched.

I would not recommend this store to anyone! I was waited on by (she said she was manager)! She was the most rude abrasive person I have had check me out! I was there to pickup one item I ordered online! There was no one else in line! You would have thought it was not her job! I will Never return to the Redlands store! No one deserves treatment like that!!!

Employees were wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We bought some xmas things and went back to buy a couch. Drawback was the store was robbed while there. The nerve of some people pisses me off.

Staff is incredibly friendly, I'm always greeted when I walk through the doors with a smile. Not too many Big Lots locations are open so I'm glad this one is thriving - the fall decor they have out is really cute & unique. The employees always try to find a coupon at check out which is generous!
