I've had such a good experience with this center since the day I walked in to visit. Ms. Julianna answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable knowing I'm a new mom. My 2 year old loves going everyday and is truly enjoying it. Her words are coming in and she showing big changes at home in such a short time. Ms. Connie and Ms. Katie have been so sweet and patient with her and I'm truly grateful. The whole staff is truly great and always very welcoming.

The staff was so kind and put my mind at ease after dropping my 6 month old off for the first time. They kept me informed by sending photos of her playing and provided a feeding log as well as a diaper change log for the day. I definitely recommend this center to my friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend went to pick up her 2 yr old son yesterday and witnessed an aide pulling her son by the arm out from under a table trying to get a toy away from him with a disgusted look on her face. The aide was unaware that she was being watched she was told “Don’t you ever touch my son that way again” her response was “Sorry”. My friend spoke with the Director and her reply was that she will speak with the aide. If this was my child being treated this way I wouldn’t hesitate to handle it a different way. This is totally unacceptable for anyone especially an aide who is being paid to care for children to behave in this manner, I would strongly advise this aide to rethink her employment at this facility. If this happened once I’m sure it will reoccur. Parents please speak with your children look out for any signs of abuse at this facility. So heartbreaking to leave your babies where they are not being cared for properly. It just takes 1 rotten apple to ruin this place.

Horrible ! of i could give zero stars i would . i jist happened to go in early one day to pick my 2 year old son up when i walked into the room where only one teacher was working and she had her hand around my sons arm oulling him trying to rip a lego out from his hand . when she looked up i hapoen to be standing there . i asked her why she grabbed my son my the arm and she said he was under the table . my response to her was never to touch my son like that again . No child care is to out there hands on a child expecially a child that cant express to there mother what a grown adult just did to them ! this is jot ok and the reapinse i got was ok sorry ! no you should be fired . as i stated the only reason i seen this happen because i came in 5 min before the usual time i go in or would not have known ! this is not ok and not acceptable ! My son will no longer attend this child care ! parents soeak with your children and let them know its not ok for child care workers to pull them by arms or put any hands on them ! Go else where and look for child care

If there was 0 star I would have picked it. I will put general major concerns then will write my own terrible experience. 1. How can a play area for toddlers be solid asphaalt not rubber. Even if it is for bikes. 2. How can you say no for a mom who wanted to check the center before dropping off her baby for the firs day. 3. How is it OK to force 2 to 3 year old kids to nap without even caring whether they ate anything or notMy terrible one day experience and never again My husband checked this place online and met with the person in charge who did not let him check the place but as we had to find a place right away we were told we were welcome to come next day and to drop off our 2 years old. As a mom, I signed all papers, one of which was about my right to cone at any time to check on my child and when I asked about this they said no because of the lockdown. I was essentially asked to leave at the door without even checking in. A woman took the baby and was about to close the door when I just said no. Miss Juliana who is in charge came and told me that we are not alliwed in, when she saw I was angry that I did not talk to anyone, did not drop off babys anything, she said OK abd let me in. She said baby will be ok. She let me in the place. I walked in that room where there was no teacher (she was supposed to cone.later) I asked when do they feed kids, she said he missed breakfast, there will be a snack soon, I asked to feed him his food, she denied that and said he will be ok. I left and called at 12 PM, when asked if he ate anything they said no, the funny part is they said he was asleep. I left work and went tgere to find a room full of toddlers sleeping on tge floor including my baby something I would describe as a scene from a horror movie where kids are forced to do something. I took baby home. He was hysterical and screaming like never before. It is 2 weeks later and he is refusing to eat and is just not himself. This place has to be shut down. I will not stop here and this place can not be licenced. Someone from the state need to inspect this place and parents do not give up your kids.

I would recommend Barton Road KinderCare. Both of my daughters have attended there. The staff is professional and kind. Juliana and Jenny are very accommodating and flexible, especially during these challenging covid times. My daughter always comes home in happy spirits, and the staff communicate during her time there with pictures and updates. Thank you for taking good care of my kiddos!

We have been using Kindercare for over 18 months. My son enjoys coming three days a week. The pickup and drop-off process is always efficient with a warm, friendly smile and offers hand sanitizer and clean/used pens. Things have been challenging because of Covid, but the daycare put forward their best effort for the kids, especially during distance learning.

My son has been going to Barton Kindercare since January 2020. Ms. Juliana and Ms. Jenny took the helm and provided as much normalcy as possible for the kids and parents throughout the Covid-19 crisis. Kindercare disseminated information on the constant changes through emails and at the pickup station. The daycare was accomodating, flexible, and adapted to our everchanging needs as first responders. Although there were growing pains when the schools transitioned abruptly to distance learning, Barton Kindercare came through. The teaching team advocated for my son when he had difficulties with virtual learning. Lastly, the team made us feel heard and understood throughout these unprecedented times. I'm sure each Kindercare team member was affected by the pandemic, but they keep level-headed for the kids and parent's sake. Thank you, Barton Kindercare, for all you did and continue to do.

This Kindercare is awesome. Our child loves it here and has had no complaints which is really important for us. They are really accommodating and understanding. Staff has always been kind during pick up and drop off. Our child always has a smile on his face when we pick him up at the end of the day. I recommend this Kindercare!

I'm so glad I decided to go to this daycare. All the employees here are so nice. From the moment I met miss Tracy, who gave my fiancé & I the tour, we knew this place was the one. She was so amazing and so kind and was able to answer all the crazy first time parent questions. Miss Juliana has also been amazing, she's been super helpful and patient with me when it comes to the subsidy I am applying for with my work. My 8 month old son absolutely loves miss Hannah. She definitely put my mind at ease. I picked up my son on his second day at daycare and he was all smiles with miss Hannah to the point he almost didn't want to go to my arms lol. Amazing KinderCare!

This is my child’s first time at Kindercare and I can’t tell you what a blessing the staff and this establishment is to both my child and I. Miss Juliana, who is the director, has the biggest heart for the kids here and is always available to answer any questions and assist anytime.i love her experience and professionalism and understanding! Miss Jenny and Miss Tracy, and more of the teachers, assistants, and caregivers are nothing short of professional, caring, loving, and attentive! We are always greeted with a smile and I receive pictures and updates regularly on my smart phone, which gives me much peace of mind. I work full time and can’t express my appreciation and gratefulness enough to Miss Juliana and her caring professional staff how much they truly provide for our children! Thank you for existing Kindercare and to all the amazing staff, God bless each of you and thank you for all the hard work you each do! They even help with distance learning! It’s been a huge stress reliever for me and extremely HELPFUL! Thank you again ladies and gentleman that work hard and show up for our children! THANK YOU!

disgusting place, has rodents around the facility, my kid is always hungry, because of their small portioned servings, customer service is horriable, best to go to the learning experience. They're we better and my kid is way happier when he comes to see me.

This facility has done a great job with our son and his development. They provided a engaging learning environment with endearing staff and flexible hours. The only concern I have is when great teachers leave their place. I know that turnover is inevitable, but it is always hard when my son has to say goodbye to a teacher he loves.

My son started in the infant class at 4 months old and he is now a year. Ms. Kim is great and he loves her. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I would recommend Barton Road KinderCare to any parent.
