I would rate lower if it allowed me. They wouldn't cash a check for me from another bank for $6,400.00 even though I have over $60,000 in there. Plus my monthly direct deposit is way more than $6,400. Avoid at all cost, find better bank or credit union instead. I will close accounts, all of them after I change my direct deposits.

Girl with the orange hair and glasses who claimed she is the supervisor was so rude to me. I've been going to this bank for years and everyone is so helpful and nice. Usually you can walk in and wait to see a banker, you sit down and talk one and one in private but she just starts talking out loud for everyone to hear my information. I think she was profiling me and it's upsetting. She asked how old I am, 25???? Like sorry I look younger but treat me like an adult/with respect. I hope you can hire people who are considerate and helpful especially during times where people are struggling with money, I take my banking very seriously as should she considering it's her job.

I do not have an account at Bank of America, but I made an appointment on Thursday morning June 1st at 9:00 am. I was met by unknown employee Samantha Wilson. The situation concerned a debit card issued by Bank of America from an unknown address. The envelope had been opened, then reglued, and my name, address, phone number, amount of money on the card, was all handwritten in red on the outside. Incomplete information was enclosed. Samantha very thoroughly researched the information while speaking to individuals in Georgia and Texas. Yes, the card is legal, can be used, and it was discovered what business had issued the card. Samantha was very professional during the appointment, Bank of America is fortunate to have her as an employee. RAN

The Banker’s are lies a lot . In city of Redlands me my DaD went inside to cash check but those checks are from other bank but bankers say your money is come tomorrow. I ask several time it was15G but now is say after 12 to 15 day so I might think Bank of America always lie . Because of this happened I lost 1956$ for cancellation for flight to vacation that BB sheet ?

The worst bank ever! The drive up ATM dies not work but they can’t even block it off so you don’t wait 20 mins for nothing. They dint answer their phones. The service is the worst, the parking is horrible. Employees take all the parking so there is never any where to park! Changing banks today! I am done with Bank of Misery!!!!

Made an appointment at 1 oclock with a financial agent and waited there for 40 minutes, the guy was still talking to someone else. They dont respect peoples time, I wont be investing my money there, terrible costumer service. They shouldnt offer appointments.

on april 13 at 2 pm I went to the Bank of America in redlands to deposit money. My account number ends with 2277. The representative named David asked me how much I would like to deposit so I have a piece of paper with how much i wanted to deposit because I am not fluent in english. He insisted for me to tell him. When I told him he left without an explanation. I waited for 10 minutes for him to come back but he never did so I went to the other representative next to me. I use the same method to deposit money with the other representative and there was no problem so I just want to complain about David because he was unprofessional and refused me service for no reason.

We have visited Bank of America, Redlands CA Main Branch on five occasions to discuss and complete Living Trust issues. Today was our fifth visit and we were unable to see the person we were scheduled to see because he was on vacation. We were on the calendar for one month so the appointment was made well in advance. We were not contacted about rescheduling but we were able to meet with a rep that we had met with once before who had previously seen the necessary records in their computer system. However, he was unable to assist us as he could not locate the records he was seeking from the computer. What we find upsetting is that our elderly father must be present to conduct this business. I am traveling from another city to meet my father and sister to complete this business. I have never experienced such poor customer service although we were treated with respect. The thought of having to visit this bank on another day to complete this business with someone who actually knows what they are doing, is ridiculous. If you have a choice, choose a different bank. We will be looking for a new bank.
