The 4 stars are strickly for jason. Bank of America is definately not my favorite and their service has come down from before. But i have been coming to this location for awhile and Jason is very helpful. He never has an attitude like most tellers and is willing to go above and and beyond. He never shows hes under pressure. Hire more people like Jason!!

Service at this bank falls lower and lower. The wait times even to check in at the kiosk grow longer. A visit there yesterday exemplifies the poor customer service. People waited in line for 10 minutes for help while the customer service person disappeared behind a door for five minutes. When she appeared, I overheard her say she had to fetch a tablet or something. She walked across the room ignoring the line and disappeared for several more minutes behind another door, only to appear and head back to the first door while someone asked us to hold on. This delay was before we even got to speak to anyone so that we could then take a seat with many other people waiting their turn to speak to a banker. It seems evident the workers either don't like their jobs or don't care. These kinds of attitudes result from poor management or bureaucratic corporate rules beyond individual workers. Recently, B of A eliminated on-site temporary replacement ATM cards, and now it feels pointless even to visit to do business. B of A, what's your story; what's your excuse when you profit from my investment there?

Saturday. Fifty one (51) people in line with 2 tellers, plus one business teller.i went in there to cash a client's check due me. Waited 48 minutes this time. While my hourly workers waited outside at 25.00 per hour. No cool drinks, no music, no bathroom, no parking, no apologies. Hassles and discomfort remind me why I left B of A years ago after they gave me three counterfeit 100s and another time shortchanged me 180.00 at an ATM and denied it. Tellers work very hard. You can feel the stress. No smiles.

Probably one of the worst BofA branches I've ever been to. Every single visit in the last month, regardless of the time of day or week) has no less than a dozen or more people waiting in line (not counting the 4-5 people in the business line) and there are never more than 2-3 employees at the window. It should NOT take 30-40 minutes (minimum) each time I come to the bank. For the record, I've banked with BofA and Navy Fed for over 30 years and this is by far the worst.

Worst bank ever. I absolutely hate the staff here. The tellers are rude the manager is rude I had to go get the police in order for this bank to close my account. They were holding my money hostage and refusing to give it to me that is absolute robbery and the people here are thieves.

I don't really see how this can get better or worse. I just come deposit money most of the time and the machines may or may not be working. It's like playing a slot machine. Never know what you're gonna get.

After an hour in line, with a business account, I can not get change. I was in a few days ago and able to get 1/2 the change I needed. Today nothing after a 60 min wait in line. I need to get off my butt and change banks...

Terrible customer service and the Rudest Bank manager I have ever met. I had a check from my lawyers office that was drafted from Bank of America and they still didn't make my money available to me immediately

This review isn't really about the Redlands branch as it is about my dealings with the company itself. I've been a reliable customer for over 10 years and have a Checking and Savings account here. Bank of America failed to flag certain suspicious activity on my Visa card for several months. Basically, someone had stolen my card information and used it to pay an online merchant over and over again, sometimes multiple times per day, but often spread out, and the amounts were small. I did not lose my card and do not let anyone else use my card. The total amount of money stolen from my account via these unauthorized transactions was over $1,700. I submitted a claim, going all the way back to October of 2020, and Bank of America denied the claim, saying that I was "too late" in filing the claim. Of course, this was only a few months ago, and I filed it as soon as I found out. I appealed the claim a couple weeks ago, and still haven't heard anything back. Because of Bank of America's failure in security, inability to detect suspicious activity, and refusal to refund the money stolen from my account, I am out $1,700 still.

Parking has always been difficult, now they have eliminated approximately 20 spots in exchange for 4 electric charging stations. Brilliant. Add to that, their reduced hours, no increase in tellers to offset the reduced hours and you have lines of 15-20 people nearly always. Get it together B of A. There's other choices and you made it very easy to decide.

Only 3 tellers for both Business and regular accounts. COME ON REDLANDS branch, be better!

This bank has been in Redlands for as long as I can remember. The robbery and remodeling. It had always had extended wait times, however, with COVID-19 it is absolutely absurd. Understandably, considering what we're facing. Having two-three tellers is doing a diservice. Hours are never correctly posted and since Monday of this week (1/11/21) they have been closed with no explanation. ATM machines are without money. What is going on at this location? Dumb-founded. This is a HUGE location, too! Quite disappointed.
