“I called inquiring if they did duct tape removal- I had quite a bit it duct tape on my trunk due to having had a broken windshield. Neil explained the removal process and any possible negative outcomes thoroughly. I also inquired about their interior and exterior detailing and he explained both of those and the different "levels" and the main differences between them. I settled for the more expensive exterior detail and adhesive removal for the duct tape, and let me tell you... I absolutely got what I paid for. My car has never looked cleaner! They got the duct tap off completely with zero residue, and they were even able to remove a couple of scuffs/make them less noticeable, too! The pricing was extremely reasonable for the outcome. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!”
