We needed insurance for our mountain home in Lake Arrowhead. It is a complex market with high risk, mass cancellations, and severe premium increases. I worked with Debbie and she navigated us through a myriad of obstacles ending with us being bound with a very fair and reasonable policy. We could have not been more pleased with her service and commitment to our satisfaction. Debbie and Arroyo have definitely earned our trust.

Dawn is very welcoming but when it comes down to getting insured she lacks the knowledge to do so. I provided all information she asked for and even went to the extreme of taking pictures of the property, their office is a facade.

Dawn the manager is very careless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust this place for insurance at all. Imagine the manager running this place is that bad with customers. I asked Dawn if she can waive the late fee and right away she snapped at me with attitude, is she having a bad day or that’s just how she treats customers?

First impression when I walked in; The office is very clean and well decorated & looks very professional. I came in for auto insurance. I had a suspended vehicle and couldn't find an insurance company that would insure it in order to get the suspension reinstated at the dmv. Don was amazing, very friendly & kind. She was able to get my car insured & reassured me it was no problem. Because of her I was finally able to go to the dmv and take care of everything same day. No more run around going back and forth Thank you so much!!!!

I don't know if my second review posted, so just incase it didn't, I want to thank this company for being the best around! We always receive the best customer care and they always make sure that we have the best coverage at the best prices. I would highly recommend Arroyo Insurance including one of its "star" agents Patricia Teegarden. Anytime I had changes to my policy or a claim, they were responsive and assisted me through the process whereby I did very little, meaning it did not take up much of my time.
