This has to be the worst ACU branch ever. I am just now getting around to writing this review after being a 20-year member. Doing business with them was always difficult. I had 2 accounts and a HELOC with them that always seemed to have issues. I went into this particular location to withdraw $3000.00 in cash, and they didn't have it. They said that I had to order it. When I asked to speak to the manager, it took her forever to come out, and when she'd did, she was very unprofessional and downright rude. I told her that I wasn't going put up with ACU any longer. She said "well do what you need to do." She couldn't have cared less, so I was finally able to close my accounts and withdraw all of my cash. As a 20-year customer, nobody even cared to ask why. I was very fortunate to be a veteran and opened an account at the Navy Federal Credit Union, and they are AMAZING!!! Don't waste your time with the low-tech poorly led Arrowhead Credit Union. I waited too long and gave them way too many chances

My mother had an account with Arrowhead. When she died I dealt with their team to settle her affairs. I will never forget the kindness, professionalism and flexibility that they showed me during that challenging process. They went above and beyond to help me (and my mom's account was only a small one). I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.

After 20+ years of account service, I'm leaving Arrowhead. The new digital banking system is so screwed up. Getting my affairs in order and leaving ACU asap.

If I could give this bank a zero I would because they would deserve it. They crap on the little people. I have been with ACU for more than 10+ years. I paid off a signature loan in full and also paid in full an ACU visa card. When I went to apply for a new signature loan they snubbed their nose at me. This bank is crap go to altura credit union anywhere but Arrowhead credit union. Plus their customer service inside the bank is crap!!!! The customer service reps when you call in are the only nice thing about this bank. This bank is not empathetic to helping people or the community. I am looking for better options but with ACU being so low it should not be hard to find. I no longer can't stand this bank!!!! What a joke!

I have been an ACU member from before they changed their name. Over 40 years of membership. I live outside SoCal but still keep my account. Because ACU has always been there for me and my family. I moved from SoCal to Japan, Italy, and the Middle East and kept my account as a primary source of accounting. They never failed me across the globe while other international cards failed often. Whether down the block in Redlands or across the globe in Tokyo ACU has always had my six. Thank you.

Awful bank. I have been a long time customer with multiple accounts. Their customer service rep at the Redlands branch that I saw in person, said they do estate checking. I got all of my paperwork in order after they told me what I needed to bring. It took me almost two weeks (and $100 in court fees) for copies to be received from the courts. Today when I went in they said they changed their mind after making me wait for almost an hour, and no longer offer estate checking. Of course they strung me along and of course they didn't care at the branch. The smirk on the manager's face was priceless when I asked why they changed their mind. Terrible terrible customer service.

ACU will woo new customers with low interest auto loans but don't expect to be approved for any future credit. Despite paying off two car loans without one late payment and $70k in the bank for well over a year, plus a Fico score of over 720+ at the time, I could not get approved for a credit card. I moved my savings elsewhere. Fast forward a few years, on multiple occasions I have attempted to use mobile deposit to deposit 2-4 checks at a time. After receiving multiple error messages over an extended period of time, I called ACU. Apparently they have been aware of this issue for about a year but do not have a solution to fix it. Customers have to log out after depositing a check in order to deposit a second check. If you want to use technology, enjoy a streamlined experience or obtain credit, this is not the bank for you! Funny, I can purchase investment properties but can't get a $10k credit card from this bank.
