The Bingaman Team was great throughout the whole process, from pre-approval to closing! The team kept us well informed and never hesitated to answer any questions. Dustin also took the time to explain the VA loan process to our seller, which eliminated any uncertainty they had. He also provided cross qualifications for prospective buyers of our current home. Overall great experience!

Dustin and his team went above and beyond in helping us purchase a home. They made this the simplest process and it truly felt like they were by our side every step of the way. Anytime we had questions or concerns, they were on it never leaving us to fend for ourselves. Having tried going through another lender before meeting Dustin and his team, and that situation being an absolute nightmare, I can honestly say THIS whole process was an absolute breath of fresh air. Just wanted to take this moment to Thank You and the ENTIRE Bingaman Team for the TOP NOTCH services you provided me throughout the entire Loan process, especially when I am so new to all of this. Everything was done so efficiently, and so quickly, in one month under the seller's demand, and 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
Everyone in the Team is so professional and knowlegeable in their fields. Dustin texted, called, and welcomed me the very first day. He got me the lowest rate with the maximum loan amount which I thought could not be possible. He has a cheerful personality and a great sense of humor which help ease all of my worries. Sage, Lindsey, Jessica, and Tammie took the time to call, explain and walk me through every step patiently. I get immediate responses either via emails or calls from everyone for all my questions and requests.
I also like that everyone has their pictures on their business cards which help me remember who I worked with. That is a real cool feature.
A special Thank-You to Mandy also, who sent the coffee Starbucks gift card which was a pleasant surprise. I also got the goodie box with all the moving stuff which could not come in a better time, plus pizzas delivery on the moving day and another Starbucks card! You truly warm my heart!
I also want to compliment you on your very secured and efficient Loan Processing System! I can upload all my documents directly there instead of emailing which I feel more secured. Information are then populated onto the Loan Application which makes it easy for me, and more accurate than the manual process. Your instructions are clear and easy to understand. I was so confused when I filled out the loan applications from other banks when shopping for loans so I truly appreciate that.
Thank you and your team again for the wonderful experience and the exceptional services you provided. I am excited to move into the new house, in time for Christmas!

This process was the third mortgage experience for Melissa, and I and Dustin Bingaman and his team were terrific! Dustin and his team came highly recommended through our real estate agents, Ryan McKee (who helped us sell our house in Riverside, CA) and Matt McCormick (who helped us buy our new home in Marina, CA). We had lived in Riverside for 33 years, and so moving out of the area was intimidating. Yet, the process of securing money and getting preapproved was so efficient. Our agents received letters of preapproval and credit limit within a week. We were able to jump onto some competitive offers and assure that we were right for that offer. The team was fast, professional, and detail orientated. Working with Rachel and Jessica in the funding and escrow process was seamless. They kept us on track. They made it east using online DocuSign and kept us updated during the entire escrow process. The experience was enriching. We never felt like we were asking too many questions. The Bingaman team gave us their cell phone numbers, and we were able to text or call as much as needed. We knew that they were dealing with more than one customer, yet they still met our needs quickly and efficiently. This attentiveness was so important to us. This entire experience was so stress-free. The coolest part, we closed escrow in two weeks! TWO WEEKS! And, we were able to lock into a 2.99 percent interest rate! The Bingaman Team will get all of our recommendations and any future real estate business that we may pursue.

We got the chance to work with the Bingaman team (Dustin, Jessica and Erika) for the purchase of our first home, refinance it, and for the purchase of our second home in the last few years. So this review is long due!'Efficient' should be the Bingaman team's middle name. For our most recent home loan, Dustin and his team helped us close escrow with 2 loans in 22 days, which was humongous. Dustin and his team are very professional, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. They can help you understand what is truly affordability in a very simple manner with honesty. They will be able to guide you through the entire process of lending very effectively. Dustin and his crew helped us buy our home 2-1/2 years ago. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get qualified and how fast our loan was approved. Our circumstances were different because my husband is self-employed, but they knew what was needed to get us approved, effortlessly.They just helped us re-finance this same home because we wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates. Again, Dustin came through with no issues. His crew just knows what they need from you to get things approved the first time around. My husband and I just finished refinancing our home with Arrowhead Capitol through Mortgage Broker Damon Burns. We highly recommend him. From the first phone call through the last, Damon Burns was prompt, professional and very patient with all our questions. And we had a lot of questions, but Damon explained them as many times as we needed till we were comfortable and understood process. That meant a lot as the process can be confusing. We would not hesitate to work with him again!
