“If you’re interested in moving to Redlands, this is a great place. My family and I toured the complex yesterday as we are planning on moving and I called and spoke to Diyana, she was very informative and scheduled us for a tour that same day. We then went down there and she gave us a great tour, she answered all of our questions, showed us all of the amenities, including the actual unit we were applying for. The tour was amazing, the complex is very family friendly, we have a daughter so that is a priority for us. Diyana explained in great detail everything we needed to know about living there and was so good and patient with our two year old. Diyana made the application process so easy for us, we were able to fill out the application and submit it the same day right after our tour. She got us approved the next day and really made sure we were well taken care of. The complex itself is beautiful, right as you walk in it smells good and you can tell it is maintained. Can’t wait to move in! Thank you Diyana for all of your help and for making this process not stressful at all! We loved your customer service!”
