The manager (Ernie) walked me out to the car, explained everything, explained my next steps/possible options, and I felt extremely taken care of. I came in bc my front left tire kept leaking. He personally checked my tires for leaks, taking his time, and another worker came over to check too. They went above and beyond what was needed. I will come back.

Checked my tires on a hot day! Tire indicator lite on. Just added air after checking all tires on the lift. Surprisingly no Charge. The Best!??

You can tell these guys care about what they do! Go me in last minute to get 4 tires changed plus an alignment done. Even though it was last minute, it was still one of the fastest tire changes I’ve ever had, I’m used to having a place tell me it’s gonna be a few hours and it then takes all day. Not this place! They had my car finished very quickly and took good care of me while being professional the whole time. I will be going here for all my tire needs in the future.

Great staff, Adam is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Update: Been here once after Adam left and customer service had declined considerably. They have become very pushy salesmen, selling things you don’t really need.

I took my car in to have my front tire checked since I stepped on some nails and one of them sank in my tire.The guy was honest and after checking the tires and pulling the nail out he said it was nothing and that my tire is fine. I was so relieved that he was honest with me. Most places will try to sell me on getting a new tire even when not needed. Thank you so much for your honesty! I feel comfortable going back for any future tire issues.

Had an overheating older Nissan Z. Ernie and his guys at American Tire quickly diagnosed my car and got me back up running at a fair price and good work.

Came in for a slow tire leak. Tire was checked and fixed very quickly. Awesome service at this location. They didn’t even charge me for their time and effort.
