Super friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. Omar the RXD has been there for twenty plus years as have the two ladies that work behind the counter Laura and Tammy. My parents have been going to this pharmacy for 25+ years and it's really nice when you walk in and the staff knows you and all your prescription history.

Poor customer service. Pharmacist’s behavior was rude and unacceptable. I have lived in Redlands my whole life and never been treated so contemptuously by an employee for a company I am doing business with. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

I really appreciate the care given to my elderly parents when they came in for covid boosters. Also Omar the pharmacist is the nicest man and never fails to greet me and asks about my family. The clerks Laura and another are also so helpful and friendly.

This is our home store since this is right next door to where we live, the store is always well stocked, well as well stocked as it can be due to the suppliers. The different departments are wonderful, the meat is always fresh and I have yet to find an expired thing on the shelf. I love the bakery and everything is always fresh, try the threes leche cake it will not disappoint. Just make sure you let it sit at room temp for a little unlike I did and got mad cause the milks had not had a chance to do their things. The store is keeping with the covid standards at the moment with reduced capacity as well as masks. The already made foods are very convenient and delicious, we love the Italian anti pasta salad. The only beef I have is that the prices are a bit high but again quality is where it is at and these people have great quality!

Please don't advertise your chicken in the deli , if all you have available is for SPECIAL orders. Also only saw one person working back there. Please increase your labor and make enough food for special orders and walk in customers.

Albertsons has the best produce which is the main reason I shop there. I also think Joya and Fred are the best cashiers. Both are so friendly and remember me whenever I come in. They make me feel like a valued customer.

I love this store! I love how large it is and everything is spread out so it doesn't feel crowded and during Covid that is important. I love the bakery, meat department and produce. It's really great knowing I can go there and find options I can't find at other grocery stores. Everyone is nice and so helpful. This is my grocery store of choice and I enjoy early mornings here.

Albertson's is usually low on my list to shop at because of how they treat their workers, but now that they are firing all of their unionized delivery drivers, I'm completely done with them. I'll shop at Stater's.

Today we dropped by for their rotisserie chicken. It's pre-cooked and packaged to go. We like the original flavor, but they have 2 other flavors. In the pandemic world, this is convenient and versatile. Sometimes we eat it like fast-food. Other times, we pull it apart and shred it, and use it in other dishes such as burritos, soups and casseroles. (This saves us a bunch of cooking time!) Albertsons has a large parking lot, that it really doesn't share with other business occupants. So in this case, its a grab-n-go and pay through self-check. Easy!

Really nicely stocked store but... this is a water-damaged building! Horrible leaky roof. I sense toxic black mold in this store! My family and I are highly allergic and we were in here yesterday. I felt woozy as soon as I walked in. By the time we got to the checkout my joints were aching and my eyes felt dry and irritated. I look up and there are ceiling tiles half gone from being so soggy they caved in. The horror!! As we walk out I'm looking up at the rest of the ceiling and there are many old water damage stains on the ceiling tiles. They haven't even replaced them. All of this is no big deal if you're not allergic but if you have an allergy to black mold, do not shop here! You'll be sick!

Very recently an hour-long, relatively uneventful grocery shopping experience here was ruined at the end by the horrid packaging of my groceries. The plastic bags purchased were sturdy and fine for their purpose. But the new paper bags that I bought for 10 cents apiece never even made it with their contents intact from cashier stand to car. After I opened the car trunk and started to shift an only medium-heavy paper bag of assorted food and drink items from the cart to the trunk's interior, it shattered into pieces, scattering some foodstuffs loose in the trunk, and others on the ground. Then a second paper bag filled with goods reacted in the same way, leaving me with a shard of paper in my hand from the top. The problem was not really overfilling of bags by the cashier's assistant (in which capacity I myself served during the summer of 1963 working for FEDCO in San Bernardino, California during the college summer break following my freshman year, so I know a little about this); it was the quality of the paper bags. They are of thinner stock and far more brittle than those previously utilized here. This should be obvious to any regular customer, because, with 130 Yelp check-ins here and shopping at this store since it opened decades ago, I have never encountered this problem before. Also, on this particular shopping trip I later noted that slits had opened up in different parts of a third paper bag where an item as light as an 11-1/2 ounce frozen dinner had tilted slightly inside. The loss of 30 cents and three paper bags is no big deal. But a shopper has a right to expect that a store-supplied and -filled paper bag holding purchased groceries will at a minimum make it inside the house from the driveway in a single carry--let alone intact into the car from the store parking lot before the drive home. These cheap paper bags should be immediately discarded, and the former sturdy ones returned to use ASAP!
