This place was excellent when they where ABC, they changed ownership a month ago and became VIO pharmacy. Their customer service has gone way down. Just got of the phone and was told that they would gladly transfer out my info. I said if that what you want and she said okay.

Adding.. Omar is a Rockstar!! He went above and beyond to locate a resource for me on a med that has been on backorder. This is old-school customer care you don't get nowadays or at any large retailer. I so appreciate him!

I must give the pharmisist here a outstanding review Eugene is a one of a kind! My med is extremely difficult to find but for the last 5 years Eugene has always come thru he has went well beyond the normal effort to find a distributer believe me you will not find another drug store anywhere that would work that hard for a single customer You can tell he cares about you, aways very courteous and professional and they dont make very much off a single perscription plus most people dont know just how stressful their work is there is paper work galore and yet Eugene always has been generous with his timeWhen I called in today I learned His wife has had a baby and hes on maternity leave,. and Julia has taken his place till hes back and again her phone ediquet was over the top you dont find that anywhere these days your lucky to even speak to a human that alone the pharmacist. So yes I cant speak more highely of ABC pharmacy. in fact I drive all theway from west Colton just because of the way they have served me now going on 6 years. And finally I was not bribed to write this review its because it is very much due.

Quiet and professional. Medication ready quickly after it was ordered (I got mine within 20 minutes). And I was told they deliver although I haven't tried that service yet.

I have come here since this pharmacy opened. The staff is totally the best in comparison with a few that I have visited. Pharmacist Eugene is the sweetest guy, young and very smart. He goes out of his way to help me and many others. I got so much info from him when we all confronted the Covid time. He is very informative and he has given me so much medical knowledge and he is like my family doctor. The Staff and pharmacists are the BEST!!

I wish all major pharmacies were as caring and on top of things as this staff. The employees here are very attentive and super helpful. They do truly go above and beyond from what other pharmacies I have used. Walgreens, Kaiser, CVS, and Rite Aid have nothing on the staff here. If they encounter any issues they try to resolve them on their own before contacting me. I've never never had a truly good pharmacy who is proactive like these guys. They mail out my meds for me due to me not being able to pick them up in person. They are fast, thoughtful and truly caring. I highly recommend them.

Very nice and professional staff. They really go beyond the norm to help their customers. At main stream pharmacies, my meds were almostalways wrong. Not here.

Today was my first time using ABC Pharmacy for meds for my mother in law. I had already called other pharmacies to make sure they could fill her prescription with no luck. This pharmacy went above and beyond my expectations, especially Eugene. I drove from Rialto to come to this location, and it was worth it. I will definitely be using this location as my go to pharmacy!
