We have rented here for over four years with the prices increasing frequently and now that we finally took out out things and turned in the storage they want to charge the whole months rent because it’s been five days that the rent was due they should at least prorate it not charge the whole amount that’s unfair and they said it will be put in collections if the whole amount isn’t paid plus there are rats that get into these storages and chew on everything but we never complained so I wouldn’t recommend this place

Called the main line for this storage company and got a good quote and available units in the size I needed. Was going to call back in afternoon when the local office manager called me back instead. He was friendly, gave me the local deal that was better than the quote I got earlier, and when I arrived on site to view the unit, got a nice location easier to access! Purchased the lock for my unit from the manager at a price well in line with the type of lock required for these units. Area is clean, concrete walls and steel roof. You see how the area is clearly monitored with cameras and the gate hours are explained in detail. Each unit has a water drain in the back to help keep stuff dry during the wet season. Love how my price is so much better than where I was previously!!

Management always has an attitude that lady at the front desk is so condescending she needs customers education I really do not like her.

Not built to code. I had $50K++ in and it is separated by single sheet dry wall. You could literally steal whole pod in theory. Lady most toxic Customer service worker on Earth

This place has gone downhill over the last 2 years. For over 3 months they haven't cleaned the hallways of the units like they once did. Glass, ants, and rat poop, are everywhere inside and outside of the storage units. There are also nails and screws on the lot. This is my second time getting a flat when visiting my unit. This once was a wonderful facility when the family was running it. If anyone knows how to contact the family, I would love to speak with them because they must not realize how bad This place has gotten. Please forward this to the family so they can fix the problem.

We have had a storage unit here for years for our business. The past few months it has gotten rats in it. The rats are nibbling on the furniture and our furniture pads that is stored in the unit. We have talked to management and they put some glue traps in our unit which has done nothing. Beware of renting here because of the vermin.
